Taj Farrant - Little Wing at Buck’s Backyard in Buda, Texas with Nathan Bryce & Loaded Dice 3/29/23 #tajfarrant #littlewing #bucksbackyard #Budatexas #ustour #nathanbryceandloadeddice
c'est marrant moi petit Franchouillard, je m'en pose souvent la question!!!... est il humain ou le divin musical?, et puis je me résigne de me dire qu'il est les deux, INCROYABLE!!!.
Taj, you are growing into your own, when you look back on this one, baby boy you were a baby boy... That said you have nowhere to go but up, 'Like A Rocket Ship' !!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Nathan lit it up on this one too!! He's a talented guy! Now when you think about that and i mean no offense by this , nathan has been playing for years and its obvious, he has some great chops too but up against taj there is a difference even as good as nathan is as a player. That is what makes taj so special as a young talent and why he will go down in history as one of the greats!! Enjoy the show folks because the chances of seeing another talent like this is very slim! That is how great TAJ FARRANT is folks!🤘👍
You said it,I feel the same…. Now I want to live to be a hundred years just listening to this Godblessed little man playing with his heart of emotions real blues ,awesome ❤️
To be fair as much as I LOVE Taj, there's very little of little wing here! it's one thing to put your own stamp on a song but it's another to play almost beyond recognition. The key is to remain faithful to the essence of the song and if you don't then you're not really doing a cover but simply using it to showcase your virtuosity. playing unnecessary notes is not good musicianship. I hope he is not beyond listening to constructive criticism but that's what he needs to do if he's to reach his true potential
Sounds like it to me but he plays everything with his own touch and says that very thing. Who knows, this could be the start of a new version of the song that will be the 1st track on his 1st full length album and be a hit with the guitar world. All i know is taj is a very skilled player for any age let alone 13 and my personal thought on it is i like how he plays it, i know what he is playing and i get to watch him showcase his own style while he does it!! I love it!!🤘👍👊
You can’t have heard SRVs version then? This is clearly more influenced by that track than Jimi himself. The kids 13. How many have you seen play that well at 13? Trucks maybe. Marcus King possibly. SRV himself probably. Haven’t seen any footage of Josh Smith at that age, but potentially. I can’t think of any other that play with that soul and virtuosity. Lots of virtuosity out there, but soul almost always lacking.
