So touched and happy to see the hygiene posters - in English and Tamil - prepared by us being captured... Cutting boards, Chef's sketch, disinfection tanks, etc... many years back. Worked from the time of measuring the plot, preparing all their drawings for each and every room, every nook and corner of this majestic building. Nostalgia and the happy times we spent working for one of the best hotel groups.

Indian kitchens make the best food in the world & undoubtedly produce the best chefs too! I find foreign chefs too fussy about this & that. Indian chefs ROCK!!
kitchen production is perfect in every way they just need to make sure that all the employees wear gloves and bead net on the face too. also, maintenance department employees work with our wearing protective helmets. employees should wear special shoes for each department not flats.
Who told u dat..Taj is a part of TATA they highly pay their employees m working in TATA steel I know it's an employee friendly company...with high payscale and benefits

everything looked good but when i see the Q.C Lab part, it all went up in the air, they using old news paper on table where test are being done, i mean if u spending so much money on everything there are things in market which can be used instead of old dirty news paper, and i LOL when i see him pouring a sample of milk in a small bottle, u can see for ur self
