The word 'haram' actually refers to 'forbidden' in islam. It's broadly used in case of foods as there are some foods ( eg: pig) forbidden in islam. maybe you heard that in this term in Germany. The mosque with Qa'ba also known as 'baitullah (house of god) ' is called 'Haram sharif' because the prophet announced that bloodshed is forbidden(haram) in this city off Mecah. That's where the title of this song is coming from. 'Tajdar-e-haram ( king of the holy-sanctuary) is referring to the prophet who declared that place sacred and forbidden any kind of bloodshed there.
