SO happy to find this video..It has been so helpful!! I purchased a 15 needle TEHX-C1501..I can center the frame as you show in the video, but the designs will not trace inside the hoop any longer. It goes way off trace. I may have made some changes in the menu while getting familiar with the machine. Any suggestions would be SOOOO appreciated..I've searched everywhere and sent a note to your recommendation below..Thank you!
Hey Ellen. I have been in embroidery business for many years but do not necessarily consider myself a tech. When things like you mention happen to me I use Hirsch for my source of info. We have an independent tech come in to fix problems we do not understand. Sounds like a simple setting problem to me however.
We purchased a used Tajima TEJTi-c1501 and have had a number of problems. When we are almost done with a hat the machine suddenly starts shaking and turns the hat to the left and sewing off coarse, a straight line to the right. We are by Lansing MI. Any help is appreciated
