To install new or upgraded firmware on the Tajima TMFXII-C embroidery machine:
Note if using a floppy disk…You MUST use the old double density floppy disks!
The instructions for this firmware installation are on the TMFXII-C Instruction Manual starting on page 2-3.
The firmware in the USA can be obtained from Hirsh International, at HSI.us
The most recent firmware that I have is V4.025

Install using a Double Density disk with only the firmware on it.
1. Press and hold the set button then turn on the machine while continuing to hold the set and F-3 buttons.
2. After the lights come on and the firmware is installed (approx. 30 sec’s) you may release the set button. The machine will continue to beep while you complete the steps shown in this video.

Necesito reinstalar firmware nuevo en la máquina de bordar TAJIMA TEHX - C1201 pues por falta de uso se ha desinstalado. ¿Podrías ayudarme, por favor?

I have a tfmx c-1501 from year 2007. Can not start up the machine. It has not been used for a good while. I did replace the battery in the controller a few days ago in hope that it would solve the problem, but now I’m stuck. I’m from Norway and the nearest dealer/support is far far away. Anyone who knows how I can be able to update the bios if that is the case? It says “floppy disk fail (40) and CMOS checksum error on the screen. Please help anyone😅

Hi, I just bought a TAJIMA THEX-C1201 dated from 2002 which shows code error 3d6 and it arrived missing the installation software disk, would you be able to send the installation software please. I would be really grateful for the help. Let me know if it´would be possible..

J’ai une machine exacte ainsi que même problème.Mais je n’arrive pas à résoudre ce problème. A chaque fois que je démarre cela , sa met {BO1 Erreur}. Quel aide pouvez-vous me porter pour que cette machine démarre normalement.

Did you figure it out, I have a 6 head . 801 is a floppy disk problem interacting with the design

I have a Tajima TEHX-C1501 that doesn't return to the red zone after a trim/stop. This results in a 211 error code. Not sure if it's a mechanical issue or electronic issue. Can you hook me up with the guy on the phone to possibly resolve my problem? I will pay.
