We continue exploring more of Takayama in the part two of our adventures in the city. This time we get some local souvenirs from the shops in the old town, spend a fun time at a sake tasting experience, admire the cherry blossoms and enjoy Yakiniku with some of the best quality Hida Beef from Gifu prefecture. 2:54 Alcohol 15~16%. Rice polishing percentage 65%🌾. Sake meter level +3,this is dry sake🍶. There are pictograms of recommended temperature to sip this sake;chilled,natural temperature,little warmed,hot🥴. Double circle on the leftmost one so this is best in chilled🧊. 4:49 Sake with real gold flakes in it. Mostly for new year's day🎍 and very happy events💒🎉. 6:27 So nice shot📷!🌸x🍦(🍶)😍 7:35 It is brown sugar Karinto. 7:40 Hida sukuna kabocha🎃 bouchée. 8:16 An irrigation canal. Very clear and pure water for agriculture and washing vegetables.Part of their everyday life.🚰🏔🌄 9:59 Fresh Hida beef🐮🥩!! What part is your favorite to eat? Mine is harami(outside skirt)😋.I like Chinese cabbage and celery kimchee🌶🧄.Never seen burdock root kimchee. It's a very rare recipe. 10:16 Daikon salad🥗. Japanese white radish has very sharp taste in winter ❄and sweet and watery in summer🏖. I am guessing the "wafu" dressing consists of 1 table spoon🥄 of soy sauce,rice/wheat white vinegar,sugar and sesame oil(same amount for each condiment). You can cook easy wafu salad using sliced yellow onion🧅 instead of radish and you'll definitely find it very yummy🥢💯👌! Nice video💞,next one is about Nagoya?

The next video is the Takayama Festival (it should go live today). Aftwerwards we go to Nagoya and then back to Tokyo :-) Those Hida beef cubes were my favorite part. The quality is just soo good! 🤩
