Take a break at work to stand up and stretch with me. This 8-minute stretching routine is great to keep your body moving throughout the day. It will loosen your muscles and help to to relax. All levels are welcome to participate but this is great if you are a beginner.
Always listen to your body. Only go as deep into a posture as feels comfortable for you. Thanks for being here with me and enjoy!

Hey Brooke, great workout! Its David the 20 year old guy who asked about arm workouts months back. I have increased my 1 rep max for single arm bicep curl 17.5 lb. I think I have finally reached your strength level and probably beat you in arm wrestling lol 🤭
