An acre lot size max? Wow. This is different. Sliders off the kitchen. Don’t care for the wood cabinets but a lovely kitchen. Love the covered lanai/ outdoor kitchen/ enclosed pool/ fireplace/ dining/lounging. Large dining. Rear spacious primary. Large en-suite and closet connected to an enormous laundry room. Nice. Like the separated sinks and can see the linen closet behind the door to the right of the sink. Large pantry. In law suite? Drop zone. Other rear side a den or bonus room. Back door to lanai. Bathroom ( pool bath and service this rear bedroom. Mid/front bedroom with en-suite. And according to the plans a 1/2 bath and den in the very front. Love that this a 1- story. Beautiful exterior and interior design. This home is a work of art. The only thing I noticed was that the floors used through the home look like pinewood. I could be wrong and it could be some other kind of material to look like wood but if it is pine it is not the greatest wood that you would use on a floor in a home. Otherwise stunning home.
