Morning Joe. Happy Sunday. This one includes furniture? Nice. I’m 3/3 3100sq ft? Large home. Should have a half bath 🤷🏻‍♀️. Watching now. Agreed. Love the front elevation and double door with spacious entry and view. Open concept indeed. Nice dining space. Extended unique color cabinetry. Gas community. A hike to the garage. Amazing laundry 🧺 room with sink/counter/cabinetry. Love the pole to hang shirts. Butler’s kitchen is appreciated. Makes up for the smaller pantry. Bedroom with en-suite great location. Close to the kitchen and laundry 🙌🏼. Great closet. Great back room. This would be a gamer’s room. PlayStation 5 etc. Appreciate the pool bath. Another bedroom. So that occupant would be sharing the bath with all the wet folks from the pool. As you see enough bathrooms my pet peeve 😂. Would’ve been nice to squeeze in a 1/2 bath for the pool then all bedrooms have their own en-suite. But all homes should have a rear bath. The covered enclosed lanai and pool is amazing with outdoor kitchen/dining/lounging. Although enclosed, would still want a fence like the home next door being on the water. Fear of 🐊 always on my mind. Love the primary especially the door to the lanai. Prefer carpet in the bedroom. Don’t like cold floors. Love the 2 closets. Love the en-suite. My rickety bones done need the tub. 😂Amazing shower. Great niches in all. I thought from the elevation this was a 2-story but now realizing as I rewinded there were no stairs. Love a one story.
