Tega Cay and Fort Mill in the 80’s and early 90’s was awesome before all the apartments were built. Who else remembers the barn at 160 and Gold Hill Road? 🤟
Thanks for visiting our great town of Fort Mill, SC. The Fort Mill History Museum is also a great stop, located just around the corner from Puckerbutt. We look forward to seeing you all there.
I love Fort Mill but you have a mistake in your video. You show Kingsley Tower and say "old textile mills." Kingsley was just built less than 2 years ago and was just decorated to look like an old textile mill. It's actually all brand new.
All that stuff is true, it's a great little town, BUT...the traffic! OMG, over the last 10 years, with the influx of several large subdivisions, the traffic has become out of control.
fort mill ain’t all that, lived here all my life and have wanted to leave it for awhile. anyway have a nice day and PLEASE don’t move to fort mill, already sitting in enough traffic as it is
Is the town friendly towards people of color. I have worked and visited several rural communities and did not have a good experience. I hear some parts of SC have evolved from that behavior. Also, I am not conservative but I do love southern folks political party does not matter to me when building relationships with people. I do realize how my question can be seen as "oh boy here we talking about race" but that's just been my reality for 42 years but I just keep things moving and focusing on the good in people. Thanks!
Thank you for showing off the great state of South Carolina! The Carolina Reapers are hot but July and August are hotter! We've always got plenty of good old sweet iced tea ready for your visit. Come on down y'all!
