RU-vid does not update it's 'views' in realtime. The views are also based on unique IP hits, not how many times you watch it from the same computer. Hope this helps!
I'm guessing all the embedded player views within Facebook and such aren't counting, maybe even mobile RU-vid apps, which is a shame. Prob only those who actually open a browser tab on the actual RU-vid page. Maybe they can disable embedding?
