I’ve been listening to Tony Robbins for years and applying his teachings, but I pick up different perspectives each time I listen. So to continually grow I need to revisit often. I've been actively self improving since mid 2020. The curve has been increasing gradually, but since discovering Tony Robbins in late 2021 my progress has been over the moon. WOW!!!!! I never grasped the concept of changing seasons until now. I am going to incorporate the "cold water challenge", priming and fulfilling my purpose. I love the concept, "How Can I Help?".....that is why I have a RU-vid channel and podcast to let other people who stutter know that they are not not alone and that there is healing in sharing our journeys. I listened to the entire interview this morning. I got up at 5:30 am and I came on RU-vid and this interview was the first one in my feed. This is the first time in a long time I’ve watched an entire interview in one sitting. I made have discovered a new habit for my mornings. Thanks Ed and Tony. Tony, the ability to truly serve people is a gift God gave us all equally. Is there a more effective way to reach people in different financial brackets around the world in your business? The art of understanding ppls true needs, in my opinion, should be leveled by the degree they change the world with what they can offer and not how much people of great influence charge them.

Ed helped me turn off the news in 2019. I unsub’d from all the political feed channels because they are nothing but negativity that I can’t do anything about. What I can do is be a good neighbor, husband, and father. This channel always steers me towards improving those areas of my life that I actually have control over. It’s time for the old media to just go away, but they won’t do it without a fight.

Ty so much Tony & Ed I need help . My spinal disability is getting worse & worse . We thought my spinal repair from spinal fluid leaking out in my cervical & lower lumbar. I have plates screws & rods in my spine would work I used my own bone marrow to help participate. well it did some what . But I’m feeling some kind of way . I feel in a rut sometimes. Please help someone like me . I am teachable . I still have a daughter & myself to take care of and Gods not done with me .

My 1st "boss" ever gave me that book and (Think & Grow Rich) for Christmas 2007. I read Tony's book 1st and it's been the foundation of everything I've done since, reshaping how my mind truly works. Read it again a few years back. I found Ed in 2017/18 as I began my Recovery journey. I literally brainwashed myself with positive material via RU-vid and books, and once I listened to Ed, I was hooked. His humility is what caught me, something you don't really see in the motivational / self-help world. And just like you, I haven't looked back since!!!
Pattern of History: Hard times create strong people; strong people create good times. Good times create weak people; weak people create hard times. It's a repeating cycle.

My two takeaways are as follows from Tony: • 41 to 61 is a reaping time. • You can’t stay stressed if your always grateful! My good buddy got burned pretty bad last year. He got taken to a burn unit where they sprayed him with his stem cells. If he drinks whisky, that part of his skin turns bright red. Only if he drinks whiskey though 🙃

I think it’s strange that people say “in times of uncertainty“ when I can’t recall a time in my 50 years on this planet, that anything was ever certain. Perhaps today it’s just difficult to identify what is truth. And that has never been. So maybe it should be rephrased to say in times of uncertain truth.
Love this! I love all of. the conversation, but my favorite part was the about expectations. The expectations I put on myself like you do. Love that Tony said that fact that I am able to help is because I grew in some way. I never thought of it that way before. Every time you help someone is because you’ve grown to be able to do that. Very powerful!
Don't compare your 2. chapter to someone elses 20. You might think your story is not good enough but it is not over yet. *Keep dreaming and putting in the work. I believe in you...*
