Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the ‘But How Come You're Not Fat' and 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' videos available on my channel.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

I've never been a fan of competitive eating videos but this guy is so charming and friendly I can't stop watching his videos. Seems to have a lovely relationship with his wife too. Bit of a legend.

Same here, I've found him a few days ago and have binged quite a few of his videos. They're always interesting and entertaining, not too long with nice commentary from the outside as well as the inside with the people that are around. Just the right amount of everything + a very good length.

Yeah like the hard rock Cafe that totally screwed him over with that punch bowl full of fries. When anyone else did the challenge they got 1 portion but they gave beard like 6 portions. I won't go to any hard rock location after they did our boy like that!

Salt & Vinegar is one of the best flavours though!! I really do love to vibe of this place, It felt like they were actually rooting for you and having fun, even though they were going to be out £20. Jus seems like a lovely place to get a snack and have a cup of tea

I wondered where the pickle was. I once came round from surgery, taken back to the ward and was presented with a ploughman’s lunch, they’d ordered and saved for me. After about 36 hours fasting. It was one of the best things I’d ever had 😂Before anyone says nhs must starve us, they don’t, a bairn was rushed in as I was taken to theatre the previous day. So I didn’t mind, I wouldn’t have been bothered if I’d already been knocked out. A woman across was whining about it being unfair for me…I soon put her in a place and feeling bad 😂

Grated cheese is an excellent sandwich filling, it just needs to be mixed with Salad Cream, like tunas and egg, to make the British versions of Cheese "Mayo"

Regarding grated cheese in a sandwich...look up southern American pimento cheese spread. If you leave out the pimentos, it’s grated cheese with a bit of cream cheese may to act as a binder and it’s quite good. I put some cayenne or sometimes jalapeño diced. Happy you’re coming to Texas!

Agree, parma violets are rank. Used to buy big tubs of Swizzle Matlows sweets and sometimes there were heaps of em. Lucky we had Brit in the office who loved them.

Good ole Lincoln, I lived there during my uni years. It use to have a great night life and amazing Christmas market. The scene is definitely the place to be on a night out. Love Lincoln plus bonus that it's so close to where I live in Lincolnshire.

As a fan of yours from Texas, I’d like to welcome you to our great State of Texas , the Lone Star State! Try to leave us some tamales and tacos please.😉😄 Be careful with the salsa, some of it is very hot. Stock up on Imodium, Gaviscon, and Picot. The first is in case of diarrhea, then reflux, and heartburn in that order. Shake your shoes out before putting them on in case of scorpions, spiders or snakes. If the temperature is in the 90’s, don’t touch anything metal when you’re outside like a stair bannister or outside patio furniture. Use sunscreen, keep in the shade. If you want to see a "cheeseboard challenge" ya boi Jesse Pynnönen has eaten (separate challenges) 1,7 kg of blue cheese, 3kg of "Finnish squeaky cheese" with cloudberry jam, 3,5 kg of hatsapuri (which is like 2,5kg in cheese) and I mean I would count Antti Rinteen pekoni pasta (bacon pasta a' Antti Rinne) as a cheese challenge - or pure lipids challenge ;) But this sure looks more interesting, and bonus points for the proprietor for honesty!

9:25 parma violets do taste like soap to me as well, but that's the unique charm of them. It's not a tuning soap taste, it's more like how coriander tastes like soap.

I love a cheese sandwich with freshly grated cheese. When you grate it fresh, it sticks together and stays between the bread! When it's bagged grated cheese, though, yeah... that's just gonna fall everywhere.

07:35 wait….doesn’t everybody eat the stems? 🤔 Guess it’s me and beard. I also eat apple cores if anyone’s interested, lots of fibre and saves throwing it in the compost bin. Also Salt and Vinegar is the BEST a flavour of crisps!!! The tangier the vinegar the better!

I would highly encourage that you involve "sister beard" in each and every video. While I enjoy your accomplishments, there is "something" about her presence that just adds that extra icing on the cake. Not sure what it is. Oh, now I remember, she's quite an attractive young lady. Grated cheese tastes better in a sandwich than just sliced cheese mainly because the surface area of grated is so much more than sliced which mean MORE FLAVOUR! Another good example is crinkle cut chips often taste better than regular straight cut chips, provided they are cooked properly and who can ever complain about crinkle cut crisps??
