I was born in Memphis, TN and raised in Blytheville, AR then moved back to Memphis, TN then moved to Nashville, TN. I come from a long line of singers and musicians that I have always looked up to; now some of them look up to me because of my fans. This song always takes me back to my route 66 trip with my two brothers and my dad. We are from Scotland and it was the trip of a lifetime - so many unique moments that will be with me forever. That road did take me home, but it wasn't west Virginia - it took me home to my pregnant wife in Scotland and 13 years later I can still shut my eyes and feel a million miles away
