thanks for launching this great series of "take me places". Starting with prolific, yet humble music producer Gussie Clarke meeting an heartically connecting interviewer. Go on, Munchy, too nice! People: build some vibez in Germany, too. Oneness!

I was happy to record my first release at Anchor in the company of Tixie the engineer (RIP) and Luciano and Mikey General as singers. I met Mr Clarke on another project and found him to be a really nice, down to earth guy. One of the most important Jamaican producers of all time with a sound and production quality unmatched by any other Jamaican producer. Great interview, big up Munchy, more strength Mr. Clarke 🙏🏼🔥✅

GREAT interview ! And he's so right about the need to collaborate. Motown was the best singers with the best songwriters with the best musicians and the best engineers in the best studio that they could pull together. And the result was solid gold. I can tell you for sure in the international scene - Reggae has waaaaay too many artists that should be songwriters or producers.. or even managers and marketers and booking agents. All these things are needed to make the music as successful as it can be.
