I did a Ruby / Steel deck as a test, based on being able to hit ready characters. It had steel Namaari, Pick A Fight, One Last Hope... Unfortunately, while you do catch opponents unaware, there aren't enough cards for synergy, and you hit one big fact - sure, you're hitting characters your opponent wasn't expecting, but you still need YOUR characters to be great vs theirs, which many times isn't the case. So unless they have Ward, or Raven's does more "ready" cards, removal will always be a more effective option.
Love these fun deck ideas. This set has honestly gotten a little exhausting so finding new ways to change things up and keep it fun are important. Thanks for the great content.
I really loved playing my Christmas deck (ruby emerald) featuring super goof, high strength evasive emerald cards (sir hiss, ratigan) but my card draw was pretty bad. Lefou allowed me to ready goof on turn 5 or 6 (depends on if I used Heihei), and prince Phillip on turn 5 gives goof ward. I still think there's a somewhat competitive deck in there somewhere.
Love the idea of this deck! But I don’t want to spend for the big robinhood… thinking for a more budget deck switching the robinhoods with Aladdin’s- would love some thoughts on the switch. Thanks!
Steel bombs aren’t budget. But if you go like Peter Pan + Peter pans shadow deck with either red for lots of rush or green with rush and evasive it’s real good and real cheap and has card draw. Evasive supergoof is scary
@@TheReal_InkwellGaming i would want more card draw . now days they can remove your hand too. i think whole new world 1-2 copies. top decking never feels good. i was wondering if maybe shere khan would be good in this deck or that steel location, or that ruby item that rewards challenging and getting banished to draw a card. and with 4 sisu maybe big sisu could fit in a copy
