Massive cyber attack, next pandemic, climate catastrophe- need a carbon market -- all forecasted by the WEF/NATO plus crowd, pretty major pushback on the powers that be w/the insane public policy and high drama going on, AND so much more BUT you and others are just cruising along thinking happy thoughts about what the future of the world will be? I dont get it. You see alot but miss the forest for the trees.....
you are so wrong. This system is moving to tocenisation that means no more of this unpaid dept. Please go and educate yourself before making foolish useless video.
Elizabeth Regina Nelsen has set a precedent for others to follow. We cherish her here in the UK as she has been extremely helpful and made a lot of lives better.
Such a genuine personality!!, Sincerely speaking. I will continue to trade and stick to Elizabeth Regina daily signals and guides as long as it works well for me💜💜
This was so scattered. “We’re going to crash! We’re going to be in a very bad bear market. We are not going up forever.” “You’re going to have to invest in inflation hedges like Bitcoin” HUH? Where were you going with this?
Generally how I feel about most of their videos. They don't convey a lot of depth, nuance, or understanding in these, but they're short enough that I still consume them at 1.75x speed.
@@randygeeman1511 - they have a basic take for public info on YT. They have more detailed info for their members stuff... Buy low. Sell high - though Toby is correct, many "influencers" are overly optimistic. Create a plan, adjust IF needed ... execute that plan. Do not get wreckt!
I’m taking profits from July 2025 to November 2025 About 5% per week over 20 weeks Been holding since spring 2016 and this will be my third bull cycle. My original plan was to hold for 10 years, my new plan is to buy the dip at the end of 2026. There’s a four-year pattern and it took me two full cycles to figure it out. ✌️
Hope you aren't late. I'm personally taking right after election before Christmas and before Trump takes office, and then selling the rest except XRP and Bitcoin in April
@@farhadturabi5354 the last three all-time highs were Q4 2013, Q4 2017, and Q4 2021 The last three bottoms were Q4 2014, Q4 2018, and Q4 2022. Plus the black Swan event at the beginning of the pandemic April 2020. History doesn’t always repeat itself, but it has a tendency to rhyme.
@@BlackFreemen - it is - fairly standard, though each person's needs, risk tolerance, time horizon, taxes and life events are different. Maybe sell some BTC? I think Toby may keep most of this BTC, much of his ETH, maybe some of his SOL ...
I bought 2 Bitcoin in 2013,,i have flipped it to 9 Bitcoin in 2020....i invested some parts in oil and gas trading, earn profit weekly while my capital is stable... Profit is sent to my wallet weekly after trade.....your Bitcoin can only deline when you dont invest it
When you sell, are you going to go into fiat? I thought you don't like fiat. I agree the best route is to sell, wait for the crash and buy more, but that means our cash will be sitting in fiat for a couple years or stable coin but then you have to trust the stable coin. Sounds bad anyway you slice it.
the rate at which the fiat ice cube melts (inflation / debasement). is far more favorable than holding a bag that is gonna lose 80-% of value over a 6 month time span etfs might chance the 4 year cycle or alter it slighlty! fireworks in both directions in the months / years ahead! Ready Yourselves!
Crypto can’t go up forever but with the inflows ETFs and being used as retirement and more adaptation to currency, I can’t imagine BTC dropping like the last bear market
Yea but his point was that ETF holders are used to smaller gains and may sell when they get them. We shall see, never a dull moment! I have some in my retirement fund, and I don't want to mess with my retirement, so would rather miss a little profit than lose.
Something to remember with high inflation, if you're predicting the next bottom, is that $40k now is going to be worth a lot less in 2026 (lets assume this is the red year), so it may appear that your prediction is off when it was bottoms at $50k for example. But $50k in a couple of years will only have the buying power of $40k today. This is also something you need to consider when selling even if you manage to get lucky timing the high, as $90k next year (again for example) will barely be above the $74k pump we saw recently in terms of objective value because inflation is worse than people can get their heads around.
Thanks for the info! The concern is how can btc be a viable long term asset if we sell off 80+% every 4 years. I heard we were at 20k back in 2017, technically that’s only 3x in 8 years. In theory that’s insane in a regular market, But how could we hit millions per coins st this rate of equal selloff?
I agree. Like you said youll be really satisfied during the bear market... Even if you sell half way up youll be in massive profits. If you hold til next market cycle, ALL your unrealized gains will be lost. Assets will retrace back to bear market lows. We have seen it many times even for somethng like Hbar for example. Take profits.
I agree with a run up then a crash from Dollar collapse. And what do you think would be the best thing to put my money in to keep it safe, and be able to buy the dip?
What about the AI & Robotics tech boom? There are other industries I could add to that list that are undergoing revolutions as well. Isn’t that bullish? Please explain your rationale in more detail and tell us what you know that others don’t.
How can you take profits or take money off the table when Bitcoin is money and there is no second best. Sell any alts and buy bitcoin but don't sell bitcoin for Fiat since you will regret it.
I know someone that sold some Bitcoin to pay off their mortgage. I think that is a good move. Now they are mot paying interests and have one less thing to stress about.
Don't sell BTC....invest part of it in oil and gas trading, earn profit weekly while your capital is stable... about $3,400 worth of Bitcoin weekly as profit...super
I think the Bull and Bear markets are different from the past. This is because Wall Street is there. So when you are selling your Bitcoin then Blackrock and Fidelity are buying it up. I suspect Bull Markets will not be as big, but then Bear markets will not be as small. So when Bitcoin and crypto is tanking what will be going up?
Toby and Heidi really appreciate the intelligent content been in crypto since 2017 and after a steep learning curve feel well set up this time round, i will definitely be selling all alts but as far as my BTC dont have loads but part of me doesn't want to sell as i know it will be needed for a good future but then surely it will also go down. Stuck at minute dont take any risk and keep for guaranteed good vibes ongoing, sell to buy lower, or half and half. first is the only guarantee bit if it drops ill kick myself, just have to not kick myself lol . Love the OG wisdom, cheers X
I am Looking forward to the next Bear Market as well. I two, am wondering just how low things will go, But I'm hoping to be able to Buy One Bitcoin at a Minimum and (5) ETH! Thanks for your input. 💰😁
You have a number to sell BTC, when BTC beats in your number, you sell all, or stay with 20% for example. What is you strategy? If you can share. Thanks🇵🇹
I don’t disagree with most of your points but everyone should educate themselves on what to do. You saying people should sell so you can buy back cheaper BTC in the next bear market is also impacting it more.
Congrats Toby and Heidi on the upcoming merch store and as always tnx for the updates! The goal is to sell before the blowoff and reset for the next bear market that will be a smasher, get in on the deep lows, and repeat. What a way to live out my retirement.
Kind of counter to this is the fact that for retirement accounts, the average person isn’t a trader, or that is going to start all of a sudden to track it with charts and sell. If the average retirement account. Is untouched and periodically checked, especially if these ETF’s holders continue to add btc to other funds passively. Your average boomer, or any age group for that matter, with a retirement based account that you buy an etf for you’re not all of a sudden going to start day trading. Or, to sell…I guess they could sell for other assets then let those grow when btc is down and leverage to buy more, but you can’t exactly take profit in a retirement account as easy as a short or long term cap gains acct. just a perspective.
With your point of view NVDA investors would have sold already and popped the bubble. Where is that ? They’ve made more than %300 so far from a year ago and those are tradifi investors. You’re so used to the cycles but might be different.
In 1970 I was gossing $106/week or $5200/year. Even then I couldn't afford to live on my own and had to live with my parents. I think I was bringing home $86/week. I buy Bitcoin in 0.001 increments. Loved it at $20 k.
An interesting number would be to compare the wealthiest persons from 1970 and 2023. I would bet that they had more raise to their money then inflation.
Bitcoin isn't going to save your average retail investor. 3 or 4 x maybe? You guys are heavily invested from a long time ago. Bitcoin is good for you guys
@@OldmanCrypto100 Pretty sure the people that have held have done better than people trading it. I have a buddy that's now a millionaire from Bitcoin. He didn't get there trading it. If you trade it you will end up with less Bitcoin every cycle. Bitcoin isn't going anywhere, there is too many people that believe in it. I'll sell a chunk if I need it but I have a good job so probably holding and accumulate more in the bear.
It seems certain stocks are undervalued, flying under the radar despite their potential. You can't help but wonder when the market will recognize their true worth. How can I invest $600K wisely to ensure our future security?
I don’t understand. We say fiat is bad and the goal is to accumulate bitcoin and it will become more integrated into daily life and have more use cases. The notion of selling doesn’t make sense to me. It seems contradictory to all the other content on Bitcoin
Should I sell my bitcoin for profits? I was planning to hold, even through the bear market to come. What are your suggestions? I have been following you and Heidi for the past 4 years now.
Hard question to answer without knowing many specifics. How much Bitcoin do you have? What is your avg cost? Do you need money now to pay your rent or living expenses?
In this case, long term bitcoin holders should stop buying bitcoin until the next bear market? Otherwise we all lose if btc goes back down under 40k or less? Really?
Lets go extreme..EtF is around 5% of btc circulating supply, if they sell everything or tp bigtime , will that have a big effect on price of btc? Imo, btc will mimic 2017 cycle , normal clockwork cycle, unless another black swan. goodluck to all of us🔥💥🚀. ps. Im more afraid of BTC OGs if they sell of bigtime.
Thanks!- I needed to hear this. Jumped into the market at the rise of the Bull Market in 2021 and saw AMAZING profits that I let slip into the abyss over the next 3 years because I didn’t know enough. I don’t plan on it this time, eff that
Bro...sell high to buy low. Make more fiat to buy in severe bear market times. Then sell those in summer of Bull market (4 year cycle etc), to make more fiat, to buy EVEN more fiat in Bear market, to sell in the summer of the next Bull market!!! This dance goes on, until, solid crypto regulation takes effect. Regardless, the future is digitisation, hence this tech, IS, the future.
Timing is absolutely everything in trading. You can know what price you're headed up to and even know what price you'll head down to afterwards but if you don't know the whens, you could still LOSE money on these trades. DCAing into bitcoin forever is infinitely more safe than guessing the top and bottom of these markets.
Another comment I wanted to make does anyone have any price targets past 150k? I am thinking maybe 150 to under 200k but who knows I am trying to be conservative with this estimate I know people are talking about when moon but I just am not sure I remember when I would think that in the past but then again we never had ETFs flowing in plus the eth ETFs I am more of a bitcoin maxi but still it helps us all with the ETH etfs because that money will not just flow into eth when people sell or buy more crypto they will buy even more bitcoin as well so it can actually in my opinion help us all out.
The higher the rise, the harder the fall. If bitcoin tops out at $150K, the next bear market will be mild. But if bitcoin makes it all the way to $300K, then YES.... the bear market that'll follow will be severe.
Why would I sell the best performing asset in human history for anything else? I don’t get it. If you’re in bitcoin for 10+ years just enjoy the ride and DO NOT try to time this market. You WILL lose.
I’ve been in crypto since 2013. What he’s saying is right on. They WILL take profits and it will be earlier tha. What you think. Don’t listen to people who tell you when a bullrun will end. You’re going to get wrecked. Have a plan for profit taking on a BTC scale of 2x
It is very hard to explain this to Bitcoin Maxie’s. I believe we will be lucky to get to $120k this Bull run. Question is, where to put your profits because even Gold and Silver could dump. Of course Real Estate will dump also. Making sure you Can financially survive a depression.
I plan to get out of alts completely before the market tops out during alt season. Will take profits and put aside a good amount of capital so I can buy back in on utility driven projects when the market bottoms out again. Don't get too greedy and pay attention to the charts, especially the total market cap charts. And in my personal opinion, Jamie Dimon is the last person I would trust with anything, especially someone else's money. Total crook!
The only people who say "diamond hands" are the folks who ate huge losses in a bear market and are trying to convince themselves they did the right thing holding too long.
I made the mistake of not selling last bull cycle, although I was a complete noob. Learned so much these last 3 years, and a big chunk of that learning came from u guys ! taking very seriously the advise to sell this time :P Loved that tshirt btw! want one
