I am assuming you walked across property that was marked no trespassing? The cops told you to walk down the street to go back?

What a waste of community resources . Try not to bump the pause button when recording and don't always rely on conspiracy theory if you cant produce a video. Those cops were nice and if you ever meet some bad ass cops be careful . Maybe buy a metal detector to keep busy and ditch the journalism thing until you have improved your literacy .

You don't need to have ever entered private property to get a trespass warning. You could have had the cops issue a trespass warning to the person who had them issue one to you. Generally, if there are no signs that say "no trespassing" on private property, you can enter the property (like Walmart), or a private home to knock on the door. If a property owner doesn't want anyone on their property, they can put up signs. If a property doesn't want a particular person on their property (and knows their name), they can have the police issue a trespass warning. It's basically a "no trespassing" sign for a single person, and it's not a big deal. I doubt you want to visit with this person anyway. Cops will always throw in the "if you do this, you'll be arrested", and it's just a part of the trespass warning - again, not a big deal. Someone doesn't like you - join the club - it's a big club.

I have no idea what this is about? It's not law enforcement that's certain!

This vlog was a total waste of space as there was no beginning and no explanation

1) Police are enforcers of the law. 2) If that's private property and you were on it without permission, that's trespassing 3) As an enforcer of the law, he WARNED you that he would have to do his job and arrest you if you trespassed again 4) EDIT: Reading the description, you say somebody's house was involved. Just because they didn't ask you to leave doesn't mean it's not trespassing. I'm more mad at the comments, but the whole asking for his badge number and "is that a threat?" was a bit frustrating to watch too because it seemed completely unnecessary and unwarranted.
