As a pilot with over 4000 hours, I can say that the King Air is an awesome aircraft...one of the few that you never had to worry about weight and balance with, because it had so much power...like driving a Ferrrari in the air....
Cristian, your love of the C90 is so evident in all your videos. I fly a 31yr old C90A which is my boss's. If we were neighbors we probably would get little sleep, talking all day about aviation. My dad(rip) owned an apache with upgraded engines but he flew it like an airliner,he was so proud of her. I enjoy your videos the most. Good work.
Outstanding job. I felt so relaxed just sitting here and feeling like i was right there with you. Im not one for flying but with you i would anyday. Keep up the excellent work. Thumbs up here Christian!
Excellent video. I just love to see the captain demonstrating this kind of confidence and mastery of the aircraft. Very professional. Could be used as training material.
Saludos y buenos vuelos!
i love Beechcraft King Air 90! o ronco desse turbo hélice é poderoso, e gostei tanto do video do 'start-up' quanto do 'take off and departure.' congratulations man!
Thanks so very much for the information, captainmorgan757. I'm not a pilot but was just curious, for which I thank you sincerely for the information. I always wanted to learn to fly, but never had the money. Oh well.............that's life. I was for many years a Registered Nurse and Paramedic during most of my working years till all this surgery (especially the biggie/the 7 vessell heart bypass surgery)put an end to that. I'm just thankful to still be up and around doing chores. LOL Thanks!
Maybe things are different at this level but I was taught you do not take your hand off the throttle during takeoff and landing. Beautiful airplane! Thank you for the music free video, the engines are all the music that is needed. Peace.
in school it would be good to take physics, math, geography, technical drawing, English and a second language. As far as flying goes you apply at your nearest flight school. You don't really study to be exclusively a commercial pilot, you gradually work your way up from the small planes to the big ones. Its a long difficult process to get there, but if your dedicated you will make it.
if you have an iphone, try this app..."audiocopilot" Buy this app, load in your checklists for your specific aircraft and record the steps audibly...Then when you're in the cockpit you just hit a button and your own voice will stream into your headset telling you what to do. It takes a little time to set it up, but once you do it you can follow all your checklists without diverting your eyes from what you're doing....it's pretty cool...perfect for single pilot operations. You can also load all emergency checklists, etc... and you can create different files for as many different aircraft as you want...
