I have had my tb035 in the repair shop for 10 months, they keep running into issues. The newest one is the bucket wont lift and the machine wont move. They're telling me it is the hydraulic manifold. Is this something you could rebuild?
I have a tb016 that has weak hydraulics in general, it will still turn still dig but it’s difficult. Would this be a worn hydraulic pump do you think? I can raise myself with the blade but can not raise myself with the boom by pushing on the ground.
I'm told hydraulic palms control flow while the spool valves and pressure Relief valves control the pressures So if other functions work fine it's probably not your Pump. Did you end up finding what the problem was with your machine?
@@ronaldcochran4801 If it was the main hydraulic pump you would have at lest one weak travel motor, as each side of the duplex pump feeds a different track motor. In the case of this machine, the pump needed new wear plates. I need to edit the video and post it.
@Ronald Cochran There is one big duplex pump, two pumps in one, and one small gear pump driven off the back of the duplex pump. The big duplex pump is the one that drives the travel motors. You need to see if your main pump is delivering rated (1844psi) pressure to the system. This needs to be done for port one and port two. The max psi is set by the valve body of the machine and the volume of the pump. It is a constant presser, variable displacement pump. Please review an OEM service manual for the pressure testing procedure, it’s not hard.
