To everyone who was kind and complimented my singing, thank you! Most of all THANK YOU Corey for your friendship. It's such a very cool honor to have a spot in your life. Respect.
great video, sitting around the camp fire was cool also and the van so cool took me back in the day had some great times in an old chevy van thanks for sharing
FYI Corey just take 3 lengths of 2x4s and screw them to the floor of the trailer. One on each side of the front tire and the third one across the front. Two straps angled to the front on the forks, leave room for travel on the forks (couple inches) and two straps angled to the back on the rear of the bike. Do a check at 50 miles of the bike including the trailer bearings. If it's all good you should be able to go cross country with this rig. You'll be happy with that pointless setup on the sporty, make sure you use the lower ohm coil. Later bro.
I’m glad a good time was had by all. Sorry too hear about the one that went down. Was that Randle Rides jamming at the campfire. He sounded really good.
Your van does look excellent the inside you and you and wife did a hell of a good job I'm thinking about getting one now thanks a lot lol keep up the great work my friend
Hope you guys are out of harm's way from the damage from the tornadoes buddy,My prayers for all those folks.Maybe I'll see you in Oct. at F.A. I just moved from Ohio to Ormond Beach and am still getting settled even though its been 4 Months ! lol take care Corey.
Hey Corey, Nice video, as usual! Say...I am looking forward to a video in the near future you riding with the missus , you guys both on your (Corey: one of your) own bikes... I mean come on, you guys have got an entire stable with thoroughbred Harley Davidson Motorcycles....Let's go feed those horses ;-)
@@randallrydes Saw your wreck video, God had your back! - Lefty ( I live in Wyo., we always say if you get bucked off the best thing you can do is to "cowboy up" and climb back on). Ya done good.
That was a really awesome video! Definitely one of my favorites of the camp-out, just the way you captured it and the filming and loved that song at the end, very cool vibes! I really wish I could've been there, looked like a fantastic time! Ride safe brother and glad you got to take the Shovelhead out for a ride!
I am planning to take a across country ride here in a lil while, don't really know if I want to take the Ultra Limited or the Sportster 1200 Custom. I was planning on taking the back roads anyway no matter which bike I take. I done a CC back in 21 on a Suzuki Boulevard M90, let me tell ya that killed my back. I watched the vid of Josh making the trip across country on the ol shovelhead. I really enjoyed this version of the camp out.
Ol' Yeah, I 'm not much of a morning person myself, in fact I will normally tell people I am not consider legally awake until I've finished my second cup of Coffee. But after that all said and done, it's like, Big Party Time, where's the Whiskey....? That Poor Shovel from Oregon looks like 40,000 miles of bad road, and it also looks like it could do another 40,000+ miles, just so long as they have some 200 mile per hour Duct Tape in the Saddle Bags. Great Video Van Man.
Mike Bodine is a really good guy. I met him at VAMM last year. Man the van is a great idea. Sorry to see your bike fall over on the trailer. Great video thanks for sharing. Ride Safe
If you have that distributor in the van that has the ignition module bolted to the side of the base of the distributor put it on your to do list to buy one and put it in the van. Also pay attention to the screws as it requires special bit. Pain in the ass with the right tools and almost impossible without. Great van though. I've owned a couple.
Great video , reminds me of the old days , never had a bike fall over . But never say never . Hope the back HEALS soon looking forward to more videos .
I do need to add I have a trailer similar to yours. Took that wind sail ramp off and threw some planks on the trailer for taking the bike on and off. Trailed my Sportster one year to Sturgis. Put more miles on at Sturgis than a number of my friends who rode to buffalo chip and only got on their bikes to get more whiskey Rode so much every day while there. The biggest advantage was riding every day knowing when you left you can put the bike on your trailer.
Had to laugh when you started talking about rescuing old shovelheads LOL Josh's definitely needs a lot of love shown to it I can just see a second garage with big bold letters above the door saying Shovelhead Rescue Center
Far-out. Just loaded my van for Fandango. I'm heading put tomorrow to help setup and do the filming for their social media outlets. Holler if you're still gonna try and make it.
Hey Corey, Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed meeting you and Mrs. Saddletramp at the campout. Thanks too for the personal tour of your Van, real cool. Hope to meet you again. Keep Well both of you. Kevin, South Africa
Again a video i very much enjoyed watching.👍 Glad to see you and the Missus had a good time and weren"t hit by the storms. Here, on the other side of the Atlantic, we are inpatiently waiting for the spring to finally arrive and give us some warmth, sun, and the opportunity to jump on our bikes again. 🤘
Saddletramp I met you at barber vintage motorsports fest last year, if your back in the area, bham area check out Kenny’s cycle in Pell city, he’s works on all Harley’s all years he’s pretty cool.. got pan head and such.
Awesome van set up and carrying a great bike in tow. I felt you pain when your bike did a tip a dented the tank, all I can suggest is perhaps picking up a wheel chock and installing it on the trailer for future venturers and safe of mind.
Watching your channel is like time travel, back to when people had a garage full of Harleys so that maybe one would be running at any given time. I like riding too much to go on a 2-hour ride and have no idea if I’m going to bake it back or not. If that’s your thing, more power to you.
I bought the same unit, I carry their products, and burned it up exactly like you said, also had it on video on my channel when I was installing it. Followed their instruction, it just sizzled and snapped and popped and burned up. I had to put in points just to fire the motor up on my test stand and run it. I thought the same thing, colors were opposite to everything else. Not a bad deal if they worked. Not !!
Shows ya what a HACK the guy is: instructions in the DESCRIPTION? Give me a break. You don't have to say anything negative about him. We'll do it for ya ;)
I got points in this 78 I just got, Ya think its better to do away with those? That dent sucks, man! Sundays suck, back to work tomorrow. Weekends go by way to damn quick. I was working on my Iron most of the day today. Gotta replace the back brake caliper bracket, the one on it is fked, guy who owned it before me broke it, found one on eBay for 20$ so jumped on it. I gotta throw a new clutch in it as well. It will come together, I am n no rush! That is my 3rd bike. I have it at my buds cause I have no room for a 3rd bike here. My shed it full with my other 2!
