Thank you Rene. Thank you Sandra. Lovely wind meditation. Lifted density around the periphery of my body with the breath of Elders descending upon me.

Since teenage childhood or so, I would go to the window when it's raining, and just listen, smell, and feel. I would see myself as the clouds, releasing my problems and weights as the rain.

I just let go and low and behold the most perfect video message shows up in my feed. You two beauty full souls. I'm offering my very first workshop for adults. I can do it all day long for kids. But adults are new and unknown territory. Thank you, Dear Teacher's for your inspiring messages and healing wisdom. You are truly blessing's in my life.

I have a tendency to go out in nature and find a favorite place. In the mountains, i feel inspired to sing. Near water, if possible, i stand in it to feel the flow and remember that life is like flowing water.

What about a wind from the East?

I'm figuring this out right now. My creativity was stiffled in to many ways by so many people. I laughed with you, but the shame of being asked not to come back next year to band still hurts. Now I approach creativity as that athlete.. she can do anything! I build wild animal habitats in suburbia... that's creative! I also had to change my definition of art.

what a great show as always. so thank you. i trusted my intuition today. i know i have been withdrawn lately and hibernating. but thank you rene for describing the north wind. it explains a lof of community or where i need to work on. i think it has been about going inwards last few days, working on my self. maybe everything is in alignment. i just need to trust. thank you both. always do such an amazing job

Loved the exercise. Had an energy block in my back , between shoulders, related to shame. I saw the energy as a black, "keyboard"-shaped, floating mass that transformed into a round ball (like a cannon ball). Then I started thinking about the shame. When I came back from the wind journey I felt so light and it is gone. A person I have followed for many years is a self proclaimed swami who has recently been exposed as a fraud, extortionist, child abuser, rapist, etc. I learned a lot about Hinduism and healing from his teachings, but unfortunately he was just a con man with a lot of knowledge. Turns out his female sidekick is from Scientology and they are probably going down very soon. Thank you ladies! Powerful Stuff......... john

Sandra, when you did that thing before on intuition, I tried it after the video and found out I had my own way of sensing the difference between yes and no. It surprised me; if the answer is no, I feel that the whole left side of my being is heavy; if the answer is yes, the left side feels light (as in not heavy), as well as lit by light. Think some traditions view the left as the entrance for spirit (and I'm left-handed, too), so intuition coming in from the left means the spirits are getting through that way, I guess. Anyway, I was surprised by its being a whole body (or half-body) sensation, rather than something visual or aural, because I tend to be more clairaudient. I have music stories, too. My parents were music majors. My mother went to college on a voice scholarship, and she was terribly worried, when I was a pre-schooler, because I couldn't carry a tune. Both my kindergarten and first-grade teachers worked with me until I could match pitch and sing like everyone else. Actually, now, I have excellent pitch, like my folks. But what I remember, in kindergarten, when the teacher was trying to help me, was that I was resistant to singing the song that was already written because I wanted to sing my own song! Why sing Row, Row, Row Your Boat the way everybody else does? It's already been done! Why not do it my way? It makes me laugh now that I wanted to be so original and that I actually kind of argued about it. Of course, I learned to conform and sing Row, Row like everybody else (at least it's a round so you don't have to sing with EVERYBODY all at once, LOL). BTW, I have made up some of my own songs as an adult. In Junior High, I tried out for the Chorus and, somehow, my name was not on the list. This made no sense, since the teacher was the former children's choir leader in our church and knew I could sing. It was the most hurtful experience of all my school years. It was especially weird since, after a time, the teacher asked me why I had not tried out for Chorus. When I said, "I did!" she just looked startled. It just made me feel invisible. She had done the auditions, and she didn't remember me? Or she forgot about me, so didn't put my name on the list to be posted? Not an experience a middle school kid needs. It traumatized me enough that I didn't try out for chorus or choir in high school and, when I tried out for a chorus in my 40's, I almost froze, because I was 12 again. Did get in, though.
