I saw your Hermes nightmare beginning when matey took 1000 parcels in about 66 trips in like 2 hours flat lol. You KNOW they were getting thrown about bags in Heathrow Terminal 4 at the other end. Never seen a driver so eager to ram them in and kick the doors shut. I know freelance delivery drivers get paid per parcel so this suggests the drivers are probably paid by how many they collect too. If he was on a flat hourly rate he would've done one ton sack and you wouldn't have seen him again that night. He was like "yeah gimme more gimme more I'll be back in 5 minutes" 😅 He broke all your gear and got paid a fortune for it lol 😦
As an e-commerce seller for the past decade, I've found having a Hermes Business Account can significantly improve service experience. Having parcels collected in an arctic, directly pipelined into their logistics network. If anything goes wrong, you get in touch with your business account manager. Over the past 3 years we've had little to no problems with Hermes, turning over 50k parcels annually.
My hermes driver kept taking photos saying we was not in because she was to lazy to walk up my driveway anyway I saw here in the village smallfield and walked up to her asking for my 8 month olds Xmas presents and she aimed for me with her car and hit me knocking me on to the side of her car the police is now investigating

Sometimes Hermes can be good but I've heard too many bad things about them so I'm not sure why they didn't go for someone else like DHL? Or the royal mail although I've never had a problem with Hermes...
what makes ashville so good is your sharing the genuine highs and lows of the company and dan as a person. i am more invested in this channel more than anything i have ever watched on netflix. nothing is ever glossed over its real and raw. other weekly youtube series only to show the highs and the glamour.

I bought my daughter a paramedic in training coat for her birthday end of July, the people I got them off had sent them and low and behold hermes kept them in their local drop off point for 8 weeks! I won't use them at all if I can help it because they are a c**t company Shout out Daniel for doing everything he can for his company and customers though 👌🖤

Company presentation is paramount, if people and the vehicle's are looked after, customers will want to use that business. Because if that company looks after it's people and equipment, people think the company will look after them. If however the people aint looked after, people see that and go else where.

Daniel , go old school and use parcel force! we stopped using "h" because stuff was arriving to customers broken. Not happening with parcel force, might be a bit dearer but when products arrive intact it gets a good feeling and confidence in us!👍👍

Saw the shovel bucket repair and bucket repairs in #63. If you struggle with lots of maintenance costs you could consider having a polyurethane coating of a few millimeters put in it. Need to keep the cutting edge as wear parts, but the actual bucket itself will last a lot longer. Would work for funnels, hoppers, tippers etc too but I don't know if you have lots of wear in those. Enjoying the vids, keep them coming :)
Used DHL for their excess baggage service London to Ho Chi Minh when the driver arrived and I looked at the heap of parcels in the back I knew what to expect before opening. I wasn't disappointed what wasn't broken was squashed. I flew the above route regularly and was cold called by Air France with a great price on business class, they lost one of my suite cases with lots of great gear inside. Yer they paid up and the clerk said I must be very happy to receive the wad of cash. She was taken aback when I offered it back and said get my suite case. In sentimental value that couldn't be replaced. Dan tell us more about the purple people eater parked against your back wall. Looks like a grading machine that needs work. Stay safe out there. Wear a helmet and tie yer laces.

On the merch, I think you should bring it back in house, you were underequipped and overwhelmed by the response, but this is entirely manageable moving forward; employ designated resources to manage every aspect of it once landed to it being sent for delivery. You could also offset some of the costs by offering the likes of the Sticker Man, etc to do his merch too. Cheers mate

Daniel use royal mail, i use it for my business and its best as they have click and drop, also royal mail can come to your yard to pick up all your orders. They're the most affordable shipping and most reliable, plus its all insured if any issues arise
Hi Daniel happy new year, I'm a ebay seller and member of a groups on Facebook, not a day goes by when someone complained about hermes, it usually about 30% is messed up, I've heard of stuff been scanned as delivered when it still at the drop shop, use royal mail and also better packaging

I had my first sighting of an Ashville lorry driving through South Ruislip yesterday lunchtime. ASH1MUM. I'm beginning to feel like an Eddie Stobart/train spotter!! Keep up the good work and COY'R'S 😎
THE CONCRETE LORRY WORKS ILEGAL MATE!! I use to work with those machines and I know why that sides was added on ballast side's. They manufactured for 42tons and allowed 37 tons in UK. By added this sides goes up to 56-60 tons and can roll over I've at 10mph on straight surface. Also can't go over any curbside or drainage or small road's because damage everything under his weight "that's why I quit and refuse work with them". Also maximum deliver is is 9-11 m³ but by manipulate balast and rocks tap can obtain I've 15m³ and overload 20m³ or more. Another bad point have around counter sensor witch can add more m³ in computer just by touching sensor with an nail. Good luck with them mate
Never ever use Hermes for anything , we don’t order anything from anyone that uses Hermes , even Disney shop use them so we don’t by from them anymore simples ! I’m an avid detailer and by regular product and these guys use DPD and are excellent , may be worth employing someone with mail order retail experience to manage the merch 👍🏻
Daniel, thanks for your honest & heartfelt apology to your merchandising customers who have been impacted. I was going to place an order then saw you were using them so look forward to hearing what the resolution is. Personally DPD, DHL and Parcelforce all good. Definitely also avoid Yodel as they are equally as bad as Hermes. Have you also considered looking into Amazon selling your merchandise as their delivery team are quick delivery times?
