DeMeNadje Thats the downfall of many nations thinking they are great and unique,and no need do anything more,the bragg making them to believe what they say and when they wake up from that nice dream,almost biting the dust. Thats happend in my country,after a old regime fall,the propaganda wash their brains and when they wake up in capitalism,they remain with catchprases only and our country become land of corruption and degradation.

I was about 7 years old and living on a cattle station in Northern Victoria, Australia in the early Sixties when the exact same thing happened along the compacted earth road running in front of the property. I remember being mesmerized by the spindly graders leveling the mounds out. 60 years on here it is again!
I have spent a lot of time on a grader, I see nothing wrong with their work. Starting the way they did it has to be rolled side to side to make the road even.
I understand they now have a GPS and laser level attached to the new graders and the operator just drives the machine at the prescribed speed and direction and the blade makes millisecond adjustments to set whatever slop and level the engineer requires for that road, Same goes for the dozers.

Would have been much better if they were to Spread the Stone while dumping it. But they were unable to figure that out. If they did.. They wouldn't need to those graders.
Some companies or driver doesn't want to do that for safety and tear on the vehicle, so if you think its an only way to do that or the smartest way to that, consider other people concern. One thing i criticize from the video is that the compactor start way too early and the dozer need to learn more about the use of the tool. Yes i need learn english more
Bagus sekali cara kerjanya,jadi benar-benar padat batunya,dan tidak selalu semua bahu jalan harus di beri parit, karena dengan adanya parit air akan nenggenang,dan membuat tanah kiri kanan yang diberi parit tanah akan mejadi lembek dan lembab,itu yg mebuat aspal tidak bertahan lama ,sebenarnya bisa aja sih dikasih parit tapi saratnya membuat parit harus benar-benar kuat,kalau seperti yang dikerjakan ini sangat baik,nantinya sisa dari kemiringan celah di kiri kanan bahu jalan yang kecil akan menjadi parit alami,karena tanahnya tidak dibungkar,karena tanah yg sudah dibungkar akan mebutuhkan waktu bertahun-tahun agar menjadi padat secara alami
I hadn't noticed that until when you explained. You're very right. Unless they were acting a movie that Grader seems to be the only one doing a great job. The one compressing started too early!

Then, we complain when it rains. we complain about potholes. We just pour the tar/gravel straight to the bare ground. No concrete/cement underneath. No gutter for the rain to flow. Nothing. And we jubilate "Great Work".
This job is about well done. Little concern. Two big woods need to be removed before they lay down rocks and two big rocks need to be removed, that way, this road is gonna nice and smooth.

En el video primero se ve una fila de montañitas que son camiones que an descargado material .. normalmente despues se nivela con una maquina y no estan muchos dias apilados ... Pero algunos que quedaran sin apilar .ya que todo el mundo abandona su trabajo ... Miren bien los pilones sin nivelar y recordaran que si muchos dejan su trabajo a medias Eso viene de que muchos de peques hemos jugado en esas montañas de material Y el ser humano no le gusta verlas mucho por eso ese trabajo se suele hacer rapido ..por eso es una partida que se paga bien..para que la agan rapido y las pilas no se deformen y parezca abandono de obra En la obra se coree para que no parezca abandonada ya que recuerda que un dua se abandona todo

It is amazing to me how other in other countries construction companies can just work without the need to have adjoining roads full of warning signs and multiple cops directing traffic where as here in America we have to have all kinds of safety measures and police making double time to protect idiots who don’t have the common sense to stay away from equipment that’s in use or are just looking to sue and make a buck. SMH.
That's how your and my tax money is wasted. So sad so many people complain about some pennies on education but never complain about those being wasted in construction and road maintenance.
@@johannesgrusland4659 yes if you watch the video completely, you see cars at the end of the road being worked on where the graders are turning around to make a second pass. There are no police officers directing traffic like they do here in America.
OMG!! Can the guy in the grader please switch the blade to the other side , so the rock will go to the other side where it is needed ? And steam roller guy, wait untill he is done, which might take forever!!!!
so many back and forth for nothing... find the centrer in straight lane, adjust the wanted level, add more crushed rock to fulfill until you reach the wanted level, do some back and forth to finish "(- . -)"
Y antes no se pone los contenes y aceras..es mi opinión ya que soy de barrios.y veo como arreglan nuestras calles.primero ponen pilotillos de maderas para medir dónde irá la aceras.luego los contenes de agua para cuando llueva el agua corra y no se dañe la calle.luego el asfalto y queda super linda las calles.muy buen trabajo lo que ello hacen
Acredito que não tem canos pra água e nem pra esgotos aqui no Sul do Brasil agora em muitos lugar arrancando as lajotas pra colocar tubulação maior e depois asfaltos sempre deixam algo pra depois ter que arrancar e ter mais gastos....igual aí não vai ter calçada?
