I completely agree, you gotta let things naturally happen, you can't force a flower to bloom. Relationships that are organic have always served me so much better than forced ones. And communication is always key in any relationship but definitely friendships, yes to productive friendships and hellz yea to being blunt and honest. Honesty is effortless, lies are porous and require so much work! And all toxic relationships need to be left in 2019! lol I hope you manifest more awesome friends in LA!

I’m from Baltimore too. It’s crazy bc the energy here tends to be mostly negative. It’s like crabs in a barrel and it’s hard to trust people. But you do find that rare few ppl who are genuine.

I feel the same, I want more friendships that are uplifting/productive✨, like I just wanna enjoy life, get stuff done together and bask in wealth. I don’t want my friendships to be like they have one foot in and one foot out, but nowadays people are very self engrossed and I’m lowkey tired of being the main one putting in effort 🙃

Girl I’m from Dallas and just moved out here last may. It’s been hard for me as well to find really good friends out here. However I am an introvert as well so I have to go out lol. I did pray before coming out here for God to put good friends and discernment over those friendships. So I feel you on letting it be organic.

I love what your mom says about fertility or deserts following people. Definitely a true statement, toxic people and narcissists drain the life out of everything because all they know how to do is take. Also maybe you could try menstrual discs or cups as a backup. They were a godsend when all of this started.

I recently had the same experience where a friend would always flip her toxic behavior back on me and make feel crazy or feel like I was the one to blame for her mistreatment towards me shm. I eventually realized that my life would be less stressful if I let our friendship go.

You’re so right. I moved to San Francisco in October 2019 and I’m from the south. So as you can imagine i have had the toughest time ever making friends, enjoying the city , and getting over the fact the everything is sooo expensive here. I know I’m not in LA but a virtual chat would be cool.

But for anime over 1 or 2 seasons theres My Hero Academia, Black Clover, Seven Deadly Sins, HunterxHunter. Firstly, shout out to you and other content creators for keeping us *sane* through this lockdown. We appreciate it. I really don't know if you realize how uplifting all of these videos are to us, but y'all doing work out here!! I just remoisturized, lol. I've been on TOP of my skin and haircare since we've been in quarantine (since there is _literally _*_nothing_*_ else for me to do rn_ ). I think today is the first time I've taken off my bonnet in 4-5 days? Oops. As for movies and tv shows? I've caught up on the Witcher and Castlevania, but I've really been reading more than anything (The Silmarilion)

I have only done 3 or 4 styles in the past 5 years that wasn't a wash n go! Please make a playlist full of beginner friendly - quarantine approved things (follow with me art, hairstyles, facials, workouts) You locked down too sis, you got the time 🤗

If I could even get the energy to stretch it would be nice. My energy/motivation is so low due to my emotions. I think about what I'd like to do more often(workout/consistently eat healthy, etc.) But dwelling on something I try hard to let go of pops back up. It's crazy because I'll pray about it but the issue is that I need to dive into His word more and really just try even a 5-10min. Stretch. It's crazy..once i drift off its hard to even want to do anything and you just want to sleep. I get out of the cycle then fall back in..idk what it's going to take but I pray I just get there soon...much change and growth is needed in my life..been stuck in a cycle for 4 years now. That's not healthy. Thanks for sharing with us.
