Ahhh i remember the first time i ate out by myself i had just moved to a new city no friends or family there...since then i have been to the movies by myself and a concert i use to love ariana grande hahaha! honestly ill pretty much do anything by myself now but that social anxiety is real!! Im super proud of you and 26 year old Amanda will look at this video and be so happy and proud of you too❤ the growth is real!!

I’m so happy for you and proud of you that you pushed yourself out of your comfort zone and ended up having a nice day 🥹 one of my favorite things to do alone is take myself to a movie (usually an afternoon showing or a time when it’s not crowded). I love getting my snacks and sitting in the dark by myself lmao it feels like such a treat!
