Finished off a job, moved machines with the Scania truck. Started and finished a job, pulling stumps out and landscaping it off. I took the Rototilt hitch off and show you how to do it, turning it back into a normal hitch.
Love the couple of outtakes at the end. Great to see women coming into this work, I operate machines myself but not on site. I volunteer with a preserved railway and we have two 360 degree excavators, a 6ton JCB 8060 and a 13ton Komatsu Road/Railer. I get to drive both of these but my favourite is the Komatsu, you can just do so much more with it as being a bigger machine it has more power for the bigger jobs.
Hi Amy, when loading the dumper, if you tip the skip forward you can see the prop shaft and both front wheels.. keep the prop in the middle of the lorry and jobs a good un.
Hi Amy enjoyable vid as always and it's always interesting seeing your working week, hope you and the girls have great holiday and enjoy your time away, also I'm waiting for you to appear in one of Crawford's vids teaching him how to use his newly acquired digger because he really could do with some pointers.
What you need is a skid tank and a pump. I've built lots over the years all out of aluminum. From 5 gallons to 100 gallons, no more lifting pails. One slip and you'll have back problems like I've had for years. You do nice work, who needs a man when Amy is on the job? Keep Smilin
Great video always like yours video of your working day like the way you just get stuck in to it no matter what we have small tanks in our vans and pickup's with electric pumps on them have a great holiday 👍👍
I used to have to start my 1st works transit van that way - was such a dodgy look if you ever stalled I'm traffic & have to jump out with a massive screwdriver to short out the starter😂
Just found your channel. Nice work👍 You should consider getting "Faster" coupler's, they are screwed together insted of the pull back locking mechanism. With these you do not have to relaese any pressure. I got the three easy couplers on my backhoe (Huddig 126C). "Faster" "Multifaster" and "Oilquick" witch is what Rototilt's quickcoupler is a copy of.
Feel your pain with the pickup and stuff sliding around - always happens with me with tractor parts etc - takes an age to find a way that works for you. As long as it works it does not need to be pretty👍 Great vid as always - have a good holiday.
Great job with the channel, i used to have trouble with pressure in the attachments but found it a lot better when I changed to screw on flat face connectors, wishing you all the best 👍
There's a thing for your computer called TrackIR, it uses a camera and some marker dots to track where your head is pointed. It's great for anything 3D, you can look around by simply turning your head. I mention thiis because going from a program that does use it to any that don't is pretty jarring, and with that I can relate to living without your tilt-rotator.
Great video Amy, always really interesting to see your week and what you're working on. I bet theres a wee bit of swearing goes on that gets edited out 😂. Some proper grafting, great to watch. Have a good week.
Spider webs is the fastest way to learn karate they say!🕷🙈😄 I drove a Hitachi 6 ton machine in a new job now, 22 model with exactly the same rotor tilt, same levers and setup as yours, but it was a single cylinder tilt. Great machine to work with, but it was a small cabin and I wish it had more leg spase. Are you satisfied with your new machine? Nice to see your videos, you do good work🙂
Your work ethic is amazing, re pumping fuel have you thought about getting a hand pump or a hand Syphon pump. I've used both n the past, both affective and if it saves you lifting a 20 litre fuel can it will save your back long term. Hope you have a good night out with the girls and congratulations on your 1 year U-tube anniversary. 👍🤗
~5:00 Amy "Don't try this at home." Paws "I don't have a site dumper at home so that's ok then!" 😀 ~11:20 Paws "When God made time, he was sure and made plenty of it." ~25:40 Makes sense (at least to those with 2 or more neurons).
Hi Amy what another awesome video again thanks, don't you just love the weather when you are in and out of machines and loading and unloading. Did your dad teach you the trick with the screwdriver 🪛?.Great to know how to do it, hope you have a awesome week take care and stay safe 👍 😊.
why would you not just back your ute up and stand on the tailgate when doing fuel? and why not look at a sliding tray for your ute, i have drawers and a sliding top which i love but you have to figure out whats right for you. essentually you won't get the best from your ute as crawling in the back is a pain so find a solution or get a 4wd van which may be better for you when you need to change from bib overalls to something more glam.
@@the_digger_girl move the tray into the new one lol. Mine is on its second Hilux but I also bought a long-range fuel tank and have a pump with 5 metre hose as most of the time it's your Ute going to site so can fuel everything easily
