I have met James on several occasions at the pre covid business show and I have even done his 1 day event. I highly recommend buying all his bestselling books and his Entrepreneurs University. @@JamesSinclairEntrepreneur it's physically and mentally gruelling, I can never find good staff and the enthusiasm required to take the business to the next level has long departed.....leaving me in a crappy no mans land of not wanting to do it anymore but having to carry on as it pays the bills. Its all a bit more involved than that, but thats the gist.
Is there an update video on this place James? Would love to see one. I am in the process of doing some due diligence on an almost identical business to this which I would love to take on if the numbers are right.
The business rates valuation system is a nightmare been trying to get rates down as rent is half what it was. Been using solicitors so anyone watching this video needs to be aware that its not a quick thing to get rates down in my experience. Been ongoing for years.
YOU can also put rossi ice cream parlours for customers and for the children so they will develop the taste and in future would buy rossi ice cream only . Children can play with your company's teddy bear and stuff.
How long did you sign the lease for James? I didn't know there's stamp duty to pay, that's really interesting. I've only ever signed 3 or 6 year leases
Wait till April 2023 to see if government revalue properties rates could go up by 40% and looking at that roof wouldn't want a fix and repairing lease on it, risky especially if fibreboard.
You’ve got to be in rates. Primary evidence is a hands off relationship with a LL to determine RV. Some of our sites have gone up hugely. So fight it we will- as we always have done!
