I believe the logo above the raw stage is supposed to be the USA network logo which they had above the stage at the time. Although it could’ve said AKI instead of USA for copyright. I didn’t notice that was in this game until i watched this video crazy. They did a similar thing in the xbox games where the TNN logo on the stage was changed to THQ.

Re: Rope Breaks in a No DQ match: No, you don't *have* to break a hold/pin if there's a rope break in order to not *lose* the match. However, you cannot WIN the match without doing so, as the fall cannot be counted while they're in the ropes.

Regarding the whole Shawn Michaels vs Bulldog match, Shawn won with help of Triple H, Chyna and Rick Rude, as Shawn applied the figure four for the victory, and Bad Blood was just around the corner, where Shawn would face Undertaker in the first Hell in a Cell match, it’s a pretty damn good match. That match was a number 1 contender match for the WWF Championship, Shawn won with help of Kane, because Kane debuted, then Montreal happened. And yes Bret was still Champion at the time.

I actually thought you guys had done this one already and it was a create-a-story in No Mercy. That would be cool if it were possible lol

Bulldog was such a shell of what he once was when he came back in 99. His addiction to painkillers (he was addicted long before his injury) then his back injury at WCW Wargames 1998, in a match against Alex Wright, Alex suit plexed him onto the mat where underneath it, was the cage that The Ultimate Warrior was supposed to enter in, I believe he took a few more slams onto it, and you could tell he was hurt. And the fact that WCW didn’t warn there wrestlers, tells me all I need to know about management there.

My earliest wrestling memory is seeing a fight in WCW, think is was between Eddie Guerrero and Bily Kidman in 1998, where Eddie wrestled the match in jeans and I thought, in my 6 year old mind, "That can't be comfortable to wrestle in!" ... Then here's Bulldog!

If you beat Austin in the first path the final match would have been a handicap match where you team with (I think) Bull Buchanan against the champion, and you have to be the one to pin the champ or you fail. If you don’t team with Shane in the second path, he wages war against you and you team up with the champ to even up the sides. So it’s basically the same as the path you took, only the champ is your ally instead of Shane.

I remember it was a long time before I realized the outfits could change during the intro (even though I knew it happened in WCW/nWo Revenge...) and decided it would be a good idea to put everyone into MSP gear but with different colors so it would be like stable wars going on in the intro but it ended up just looking like some kind of weird prep school fight
