Going All Out With The New DLC in Cities Skylines | City of Crater Lake
In Todays Episode, we utilize the Plazas and Promenades DLC and the Seaside Resorts Content Creator Pack to build a massive vintage resort town on the coast in Crater Lake. We begin the episode by designing our road access for the area and then move onto our pedestrian streets and the main street for the site. After detailing a few buildings, we then move on to residential and finish the episode by detailing the entire build to bring it all together. : )

Suggestion to the lore. Cashman or any of the other of the cities benefactors hired an artist to decorate that colorful bridge 🎨😊.

I feel as though this area would have an amusement park built on a large pier jutting out into the water, close by (but too close) to the old fashioned sea resorts.

It's still going to be somewhere in that area. I felt the vintage area was a better fit!

@@CityZilla I see. I feel like putting your industry area along that area beyond the capitol district, so you can reclaim that space next to the airport to make an extension for military use, which includes an airport for the air force and a camp or fort for the army, like a joint or central command base. I think this way, you can create a better and bigger industrial or mining area than the one you currently have. I imagine the border for that would the road that leads to the vintage town - like a hillside or mountain side pass. This way, you can have the industrial or mining sector face the other side of the sea, without having that mountainside look like an eyesore when viewed by the peeps and capitol and ensure that you still have a space for another district that faces the river in the future. Also, additional question: what's your plan on the hill above the vintage town? And is there anyway for you to get a hydroelectric dam? Or is there a mod that lets you build a nuclear plant instead? Because I think you're also missing power generation, which should be included in a self-sufficient and prosperous city such as this.
