red pickled ginger

Otafuku's Takoyaki Sauce
aonori(green laver)
katsuobushi(dried bonito flakes)
[takoyaki batter]
840cc(29.63oz) cold water
200g(7.05oz) flour
*protein content of 8.5% or less
1 egg
1 tbsp(9g, 0.31oz) granulated dashi
1 tsp(6g, 0.21oz) soy sauce
2g(0.07oz) salt
*Not required when using dashi containing salt such as "Hondashi"
