Crazy how i just found out that my gf cheated on me and has a sugar daddy - Funny how the first thing I did is jump into my car, blast eurobeat at 4AM and remembered Takumi
@@ae86.4lyes. I'm 18. I never been in love. I think us men think it's our fairytale to end up happy.or we have been controlled to think finding someone to love will heal ou loneliness. So I think I don't want to love anyone. If it ends up getting heartbroken. Women are way cold and twisted than we are. And they act better too. To find our weaknesses.
he was there to fix the car when takumi blew it up plus showed him how he drives on the mountain pass so takumi can fight ryosuke and koichi (the fc and the lan evo)
When you realized initial d all the time was a plot of a love history of a man and his car. Takumi doesnt cry because he lost, Takumi cries because he lost his HachiRoku. And in that moment Bunta arrives and show to everyone he's a great dad.
This guy is a real chad didn't cry when he got cheated on but cried when his car broke down. This shows how cars will always be there for you and how girls are just a waste of time and foolishness.
You can easily buy a car and it will always be there when you need it and it won’t run away from you. If you aren’t careful, you might need a lot of money to get a girl and she will definitely won’t be there when you need her and you need a lot of skills just to keep her.
This made me remember when I broke my engine in my golf Mk4, it wasn't an expensive car but I spent so much time upgrading my car and when I realised the car can't be repaired I cried like a baby lol.
I’ve been living in such denial about my bugeye, I miss that fucking car, I spun a bearing and it’s got so much underside rust that shit is separating in places but fuck I didn’t care, and I know people shit on Subarus and make jokes about the head gaskets but honestly that was my favorite, most capable car. Did everything I wanted and more, I’m so sad I can’t just plop a new motor in there without having to do 2yrs worth of welding but moving on from her has saved me more money for a new saabaru! Honestly knowing that I can still use the trans and a couple other pieces to keep her spirit going has kept me from crying
Bunta said it earlier that he would need Takumi to lose a race before he can put the Silver Top engine, or else Takumi wouldn't appreciate the new engine.. of course Bunta wasn't mad when Takumi blew his engine.
@@florinstefanitaudrea8271 of course he knew it. That's was his car after all. You can know if something is off with your own car. He just want his son to broke it😂
@@JerryChanDhe most likely said that to make him feel better, takumi redlined the engine for so long and they made sure to show the RPMs every two seconds considering he wasn’t in the right mindset to race. Yeah it would’ve happened if he kept racing other superiors cars but it could’ve been avoided
@@thehybrid5451 It was done far better than expected. But goes wrong at the wrong time for Takumi Kun but a great lesson. The 2nd time Takumi blows the engine in the final race of the story he knows it is the last time for AE86.
she was already like before they started dating. it just sucks thats how it turned out. Mogi wanted out of that lifestyle for takumi, but it was too late. 😞 but honestly im glad they didnt end up for each other. I want someone better for my boi takumi.
@Joy-TheJoyful-Meow not usin it to sound unique or stir anything up,just how a grew up don’t wanna start no drama from it. Nobody got a problem with it here so don’t be gettin offended for niggas you don’t know
Bunta is a real goal of becoming a dad. Intuitively knows when his son is in trouble, subtly hints out how he always looks after his son's future and is casually efficacious in talking sense into his son's desperation.
In case anyone is curious, I think the "misfiring system" they're talking about is the turbo anti-lag tune. It dumps unburnt fuel into the exhaust to keep the turbine wheel spooled up while the throttle is closed.
My rule of thumb for anime. If it can make me cry over physical things, then I consider it immediately a god tier anime. And only two anime have done that to me. One Piece for the Going Merry and Initial D for the AE86.
Most used engines cost a lot more than 1k depending on what car it is. Not to mention this was a built engine so it def was way more expensive then just “1k”
Espacially if it happens to something you yourself tuned and improved bit by bit... For example to engine in the Devil Z in the manga, anime or the 90s movies. It's very special and can't simply be replaced. Imagine you get a custom crank made and all that work tuning it and then those one off parts break. It's heartbreaking! It didn't have this with an engine but a speaker driver i build myself. It was amazing but somebody didn't pay attention and fucked it up.....
She was already with the sugar daddy mercedes guy BUT at the same time she liked Takumi and wanted to end things with the old guy and be with Takumi instead. Mogi's friend, glasses girl, also had a crush on Takumi, first using laters then called Takumi to warn him that Mogi is meeting with Mercedes guy (Glasses girl dad). Takumi didnt believed the anonymous person but decided to checked it himself. Then, he saw Mogi and Mercedes guy leaving the love hotel together (restaurant in anime). Glasses girl appeared for a short moment in initial D legends series the only time she made an appearance in the anime. Basically Mogi was betrayed by her friend but it's justified imo. Mogi is a THOT.
@@saeki_san is not NTR, she wasn't being forced to be with the mercedes guy. She did it for money and pleasure. She stopped and the guy accepted. Unfurtunately for her, she was too late and should been straight from the moment takumi accepted her.
@@Golecom2 yes i already know that, my point still stands tho Just a small light part of it was used as a way to develop taku more, it's still infidelity to takumi Sad she didn't had a redemption arc bf she was kicked out by the plot, they could've worked it i guess, they had a perfect scenario for that already... Not many women in this type of situation realise what they did and try to fix it, i can see they rushed her school plot and got in day with the old Hollywood theme of "time has passed and we moved on"
Honestly, the worst part about this is that Mogi claims to like Takumi, praised his car to Heaven and back, yet doesn't even notice it in the parking lot, right across the Mercedes no less! A real thot! I'm SO glad the story didn't go the classical shounen "first love" route and stayed realistic in that regard, great rolemodel for young lads!
It's a company car with the sign on the side, so if word spread throughout town that the Fujiwara Tofu Shop's Eight-Six is dented in, questions would be raised as to how those dents came to be. Especially taking into consideration that Takumi literally drifted into the guardrail, which whether he did so fully accepting the consequences or without any care, leaves a nasty scratch in the paint alongside those dents. Whereas with a blown engine, all it is, ultimately, is a matter of mechanical failure. For all anyone knows, he could've just money-shifted the car from fifth to second or something stupid like that, and it's not a total impossibility. It just was momentary human error that destroyed the engine. Besides, Bunta himself wanted to have the engine replaced. But the matter is that if he scolds Takumi and then Takumi sees the Eight-Six outside the shop one morning with a whole new bucket seats and a whole new engine under the hood, why the hell did Bunta get mad in the first place? What sort of punishment is that, to replace the engine Takumi destroyed with a better engine?
@@KaleunMaender77he’s not punishing him, he’s seeing his dream that his son becomes a full fledged racer capable of surpassing him become a reality. Any dad would be proud enough to want to see their son go all the way, and the new engine and car upgrades was bunta’s way of telling him to go for it. This group of episodes made me emotional and reminded me of me and my dad when I was younger.
To be fair, Takumi was reckless when he scratched the AE86 so of course Bunta is understandably angry. But for the engine blowing up, it is way more understandable because losing a car like that hurts a lot and it wasn't necessarily Takumi's fault because the engine couldn't last too long to begin with
Recently had my own car become unusable, was driving home from bicycling with friends, and the moment I pulled onto the bypass, I immediately knew the car was not okay. Camshaft played whack-a-mole on the valves, and I didn't have enough for a new engine. Thus, my only option was to scrap the old car, and acquire a new one. I feel Takumi's pain. At least he could replace the engine.
@@flapflapflapflap mogi's classmate and the one who revealed the ntr to takumi, she's in the manga only She's in the legend movues for a short scene but not playing any major roll
My 308 from 2007 is getting old, i was looking for a newer car, but i don't want to see the car far from me. Some people says "it's only a car". They don't know what means for me.
Is there any anime series evolved around cars like Initial D that does NOT have any romances ending sadly? And I don’t mean highly implied but clear cut happy endings? I fucking HATE sad endings
