Looks delicious. But I think it could work with at least half that amount of oil or even less. For me just my preference I think 1 tbsp red chili powder and keep whole green chillies would be good because I cannot handle spicy foods, and not so many curry leaves then it would be perfect. Is this beef, goat, or lamb? I know it can be any of those used but just wondered which you have used. Thanks!
