We present our 'Talanoa Lelei' series. This programme is a mini series of Facebook Lives by 'Ilaisaane Langi sharing practical tips on parenting teenagers with their mental health and well being. The programme will be in Tongan and English.
During June, Ilaisaane will be speaking on the topic 'Identity vs Role Confusion' for 12-18 year olds. In this video, Ilaisaane shares a personal story of taking her teenagers back to Tonga to embrace their Tongan identity, by experiencing Tongan life.
