Tales Companions and Heather at Mahkra Fishpacking (Fallout 4 Mods) 

Heather, Audrey and R4-04 (Mara) will something unique at the storeroom of the fishpacking plant, Birdie doesn't say anything unique other than the smell which can be heard at other locations. The synth enemies don't attack if you have visited the Institute and are not hostile with them.
