Kerry talked Tom into continuing a dead band (no disrespect, Jeff was my favorite always) No way should they have kept going on. It's all bout the money, fucking comic books, a slayer movie, what the fuck!?!?!?. Kerry King is a piece of shit. He begged Rubin to take them back, fuck that, I'm glad he didn't. Tom, Jeff, Dave, Kerry was and is Slayer. Now it's only my second fav Tom, I wish he would have told Kerry no I'm not going on with it.
@Erick Berriz dude he is a late night host. The entire country watches. Most other Late Night shows have nothing beyond Bruno Mars and Cardi B. Stfu and enjoy that he brought Slayer on the show.
Saw Exodus once. Didnt care for them before, but at the end of the set Gary pulled some little kid from the crowd, gave him the guitar and let him shread to end the song. Definitely gave them another chance after that.
Yeah thank god for monotonous guitar riffs, random note solos, screaming into the microphone and beating the living shit out of the drums with no rhyme or reason. Slayer is everything music shouldn't be.
Alex Sinov my guess is from the time a Slayer show starts to time it ends Tom is lucky to put 50 steps on that thing. This band has always suffered from nail in foot syndrome unfortunately.
I drive a golf cart shuttle at a venue here in Florida, taking people back and forth from parking to the venue. Slayer played there last weekend, and I must say, even though I'm not a fan of metal, the people that came to that show were so much fun and really good tippers. :)
The story that Tom told, I was there, I was Dave's drum tech and did the lights as well....it was so funny as Tom described....it was like he did it on command.....lmao...good times, that was are first tour promoting Show No Mercy 84'
One time while Slayer was done playing the sunshine theater (2000) I'm Albuquerque, New Mexico. My cousin partied with Slayer at the nearby strip club. My cousin had to help carry Kerry King to his hotel room. 😂

xD ... Man there are little details, little differences, in the way everyone talks, in the way everyone expresses themselves, even in the way everyone laughs. Somehow I can recognize some of those little things that make his laughin' familiar to me in a special way. He probaly got it from his parents, since he left this country being a really young kid :p
he didnt ditch , he got fired for having the audacity to wonder where all the money went. fuck greedy kerry king. jeff tom and dave are the talent in that band and always have been. Kerry has never once been the best guitar player in the band. Jeff was much better and Gary is WAAAAAAY better.
Luis Duran it's pretty intense! I saw Slayer open for Pantera on the extreme steel tour and I was even lucky enough to catch a guitar pic from Dimebag!

I remember when messed up kids would carve "slayer" into their arms with a razor. Now these dudes are just a bunch of Grandfathers who prolly couldn't load their own gear because their backs are too bad. Time is an unforgiving beast, even for Slayer.
