Tales of Zestiria the game release was 2015 and got its anime in 2017. Lets just wait 2 years for the berseria anime. Since the zestiria anime is teasing us with velvet crowe even in the intro im pretty sure it gets an anime
Ant Same here. Berseria's story is much more interesting than Zestiria's so it's only a matter of time until they make one if they aren't already. And if they are I hope they will add some extras such as the time when Eizen turned into a dragon because I have read there was a Lord of Calamity before Heldalf.

It was in the gameplay, Jude and Milla by accident went to the berseria world. Jude encountered the group, however he was turned into a sort of creator...I think its called a plygeon...?
since zaveid and dezel are long time friends it means that dezel's in berseria too, and how about eizen he's also zaveid's friend.. and that foxy hellion in zestiria he's somehow like you know, have a backstory, I think.. and what's with the canal thingy on zestiria that issue in rolance when sorey and sergei went down there the scattered bones said that they found bodies down there before they assassinate the bishop, so what if Rose came back there since she can now see malevolance and seraphims.. and what's that big creature on the water down there.. and lailah somehow resembles that mage girl velvet ate.. and velvet looks like saya on blood c series.. that's all i think..
ah! since arthorus is the old shepperd then that mage girl is the old lailah somehow, and are daemons and hellions different? and are those exorcists exist in zestiria? and i remember that when sorey and his team slept on that somehow hotel or something, on the snowy residence and he somehow dream about velvet (reply me if i'm wrong) i think there must be somehow things that velvet left there that connects them in dreams on that episode, and is arthorus consumed by the malevolance? sorry i didn't played the game and i don't have any playstation stuff we're poor, and i'm too insecure about the whole story, i just love a lot of connection stuffs.. and I want justice on Clemn, Tao and others' death.. and I demand backstory of Symmone, because there's a little concern Dezel has on her, and I think symmone somehow looks familiar on dezel or looks like Dezel's acquintance, friend, or someone important to him. and I also demand the cooking competition of Rose and Alisha, I think that'd be fun.. that's all.. I guess..

Velvet is not the first Lord of Calamity, that title existed way back before Berseria. Even Shepherds existed a long time ago, but Artorius is the first to take the title since Shepherds were called Oracles in the past. Siegfried was the first Oracle with Brunhilt as his Prime Lord. They were also the first to armatize, that's why either Siegfried (Gun) or Brunhilt (Sorceress Ring) were needed to unravel the formula of Divine Artifacts.

There is this malevolence (evil energy) that consumes people/animals and turn them into monsters (they are called gouma in japanese). There is an organization made up of Exorcists ( people that can quell the monsters) called The Abbey, they can quell the demons thanks to the malaks (humanoid spirits that are called seraphim in Zestiria) that are used as slaves. Arthur (Velvets "older brother") is one of them and in order to gain power he somehow knew about a sacrifice ritual that offers human life during the Scarlet Night (The Red Moon event) and gave Laphicet's life (Velvet's youngerbrother) in order to gain this power, as you saw on the cutscene Velvet tried to stop the sacrifice and became a demon eater, that devours malaks/demons with her left hand. "The power" he was looking for is actually the summoning of a super Malak called Kanonushi that eats malevolence(known as Innominat in Zestiria). Arthur, alongside kanonushi, planned to turn every human into mindless drones because they thought that would be the only way to get rid of malevolence. Velvet and her crew stoped him as you saw and the Laphicet from your party became Maotelus, who can summon the flames of purification to purify the malevolence.
spoiler alert 2: . . . . . . . . . . Magilou is the poem writer name Mayvin that you can find her coffin in tales of zestiria. If I remember right, she is burried in the cave in the desert near Camelot bridge, you can find it in a quest xD
Because it is said that the ego from people generates malevolence. They couldn't fix that but they had the ability to purify it with Maotelus' power. Thats why between Berseria and Zestiria there were that many Shepherds able to purify the hellions. But then Maotelus became a Hellion and we all saw that shit going through XD
