[1]. Pending HIV Sterilizing Cure Therapy, *EBT-101* , developed by *Excision BioTherapeutics* . EBT-101 is the potential sterilizing cure. Excision BioTherapeutics' CEO is Daniel Dornbusch and Excision BioTherapeutics' EBT-101 is currently in human clinical trials and in September 2022, Excision BioTherapeutics dosed their first participant in the EBT-101 Phase 1/2 Trial. EBT-101 is CRISPR-based, single administered therapy, designed to cut and removing HIV DNA out of human cells. This potential gene editing treatment employs an adeno-associated virus to deliver CRISPR-CAS9 nucleases and dual guide RNAs targeting three sites within the HIV genome that tell the enzymes where to cut. EBT-101 was initially developed by Dr. Kamel Khalili and researchers at Temple University, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Excision BioTherapeutics received an FDA Fast Track Designation, for EBT-101. The Fast Track Designation is a process designed to facilitate the development, and expedite the review of drugs to treat serious conditions and fill an unmet medical need. This process is designed to expedite the development and review of drugs which may demonstrate substantial improvement over available therapy. With the FDA granting Excision BioTherapeutics a Fast Track Designation for EBT-101. Hopefully, EBT-101 will be available for distribution in a couple of years, as the first three patients were infected with EBT-101 that seeks and destroys lingering pieces of HIV in the body. The first EBT-101 human clinical Phase I/II trial (NCTO5144386) started last year in September 2022. At a recent November 20233 presentation in Brussels, Professor Rachel Presti of Washington University St. Louis School of Medicine reported that all three participants in the first dose cohort, regarding EBT-101, have now received HIV therepy. The initial results indicated that no serious adverse events ir dose-limiting toxicities. There were four mild adverse events that nay have been related to the gene therapy, however all were resolved. Two participants experienced transient liver enzymes elevations. None of the three withdraw from the study. EBT-101 was detectable in the blood of all participants four weeks after receiving a single IV infusion using the first dose level to be evaluated. There was no evidence of "horizontal transmission of gene vector shedding of EBT-101 in two tissue compartments associated with male reproductive function", suggesting the therepy is not passed on in semen, according to Excision BioTherapeutics. These findings support testing of a higher dose of EBT-101 in a second cohort of six people, which will happen this year. Dr. William Kennedy, Excision BioTherapeutics' Senior Vice President of Clinical Development stated in a press release the " Establishing the safety and bio-distribution of EBT-101 is an important first step in the clinical program. These initial observations provide important clinical data that support the advancement of the EBT-101-001 trial to the next dosing cohort". The study participants in the EBT-101-001 trial will be followed fir 48 weeks after EBT-101 us administration, and those who are eligible will be assessed for sustained viral suppression after stopping antiretrovirals in an analytical treatment interruption starting at week 12. The first participant, who received EBT-101 in the sumner of 2022, is already well past the 12-week mark, but Excision BioTherapeutics has not provided any further information about his status. [2]. Pending HIV Functional Cure Therapy *AGT103-T* , developed by *American Gene Technologies* and further researched by American Gene Technologies' sub-company *Addimmune* . American Gene Technologies' *AGT103-T* is a possible functional HIV cure. AGT103-T is currently in human clinical trials. In June 2021, the first patent was treated with potentially curative HIV cell and gene therapy. AGT103-T is a cell product made from an individual's own cells and modified with AGT103 lentiviral vector for HIV resistance. The Phase 1 trial found that AGT103-T was well tolerated in patients with HIV and there was no side effects. AGT103-T has the potential to have individuals with HIV, permanently undetectable, will not transmit HIV to another person, will no longer need to take daily/weekly/monthly HIV medications, and these individuals infused with AGT103-T will not get re-infected, thus making then immune to HIV. Currently, AGT103-T is potentially a functional HIV cure, because at this time there is not enough data to definitively indicate that AGT103-T will be a sterilizing HIV cure. AGT103-T is designed to restore the Gag-speciffic CD4+ T cell response in persons with chronic HIV who are receiving antiretroviral therapy. After the the official review of Phase 1 studies, which was a success, American Gene Technologies CEO, Jeff Galvin, announced that American Gene Technogies created a sub-company called Addimmune, which will focus the studies and research of AGT103-T, the hopes of an HIV cure and possible HIV vaccine. [3]. *Anti-HIV duo CAR-T Cell Therapy* , developed by University of California Davis Medical Center (UCDMC) in Sacramento, California. CAR-T cell therapies has been successful in treating patients with cancer and lupus. So far, two HIV+ patients received the Anti-HIV CAR-T cell therapy, which which is currently in Phase 1/2 human clinical trials. This Anti-HIV duo CAR-T cells involves the patent's own white bloods cells, called T-cells and modifying them so these modified T-cells identify and target HIV cells (HIV envelope glycoprotein 120) to control the virus. The first two participants was dosed with the Anti-HIV duo CAR-T cells at the UC Davis Medical Center in August 2022. A drawback to the CAR-T cell approach is the immune escape that the viral protein gp120 can render, as HIV can spontaneously mutate it's evelope protein and produce immune escape from CAR-T cells, thereby favoring rebound of resistant viruses. Recently, as of 2023, Phase II clinical trials were completed and in that study, it showed that multiple-site targeting CAR-T cells consistently demonstrated greater suppressive activity against HIV1 in vitro and in vivo than single-site targeting CAR-T cells and also managed to control the HIV reservoir size by eliminating HIV infected cells as they arose. [4]. *Moderna's* pending combined mRNA HIV vaccine. The combined mRNA HIV vaccine called *eOD-GT8 60mer mRNA Vaccine (mRNA-1644) + Core-g28v2 60mer mRNA Vaccine (mRNA-1644v2-Core)* . Announced on March 14, 2022 by Moderna, the first patent in a trial testing it's second mRNA HIV vaccine dose, less than sux weeks after launching human trials for its first dosage in January 2022. Moderna's second HIV dosage, mRNA, took a different approach by targeting HIV envelope trimmers via mRNA instead of eliciting broad antibodies against the virus. The trial is currently a collaboration between the Cambridge-based biotech, the National Institute of Health and the Division of AIDS within the National Institute if Allergy and Infectious Diseases. This trial is currently testing the pending vaccine in 100 HIV- Negative adults ages 55 and under. This is following the January 2022 launch of the company's Phase 1 trial for it's other HIV dose, which tested sequential administration of HIV immunogens via mRNA as a way to elicit strong and durable B-cell responses. In therory, B-Cell response will over time develop into more broad and robust neutralizing antibodies.

At the point any of my children call me and say they are so sick to the point they can’t move get out of bed and running into walls as a mother I’m gone feel I need to get to my child whatever the quickest way should be so if I had a fear of planes we just gone have to swallow that fear for the time being so I can get to my baby ASAP! Now thank god she didn’t but what if in those days she spent driving the girl past away? So she flat out lied. She was tested positive for HIV but has not been in Aids stage of HIV for 8 to 10 years. That is why she is getting better because she is treating the HIV. And it's highly unlikely she had HIV for 10 whole years untreated and still be alive. AIDS is the end of life stage of HIV and once you have reached this stage there is no miracle cure, 6ou are actively dieing slowly because your immune system is no longer fighting. You will or are actively dieing if a bacterial infection, phenomena, tuberculosis, parasites, Salmonella, colds, flu, covid, or any other thing your immune system would fight but it no longer can and you will be dead with in 6 months to a year. PERIOD
