Fantastic talk with Judy and Jo! I lived in Firenze for 6 months in 1976! Picnicking in Fiesole often where Jo went today. Such a vibrant life changing time for me. It was a FSU study abroad program. My FSU connection is how I became interested in justice for Dan Markel.

Judy, I completely enjoyed this podcast w/Prof. Potuto, we were on our way out to the county fair w/grandkids when it started and looked forward to the rebroadcast this morning. Well worth the wait. Thank you. And just a side note, thank you and all the other podcasters for keeping this trial in forefront of everything. It was the very saddest of stories knowing this man was such a good man and father and to have an entire family conspire to murder this innocent man and leave those boys without that true love was sole crushing. Justice, I believe would not have been done had pressure not been put on the authorities by podcasters such as yourself forcing their hand. And to keep it in the light will end these people once and for all and bring a small bit of justice to the Markel children and Dan's family. Thank you again Judy.

Great show Judy. In NYC our Mayor is being investigated for taking gifts and doing favors, his iPhone was confiscated. He says he doesn’t remember the passcode and I believe Apple is not agreeing to assist with unlocking. They say their policy is to maintain customer’s privacy.

So sorry to have missed the live. Great show Judy. I love Jo. I think Rashbaum knew the appellate issues would benefit the Adelsons. I don’t think he bumbled and stumbled into this blindly. Just my opinion.

My thinking is google doesn't give two whits about our privacy. They, of course, want us to THINK they do. If the cops were a Chinese advertiser, google would sell our info in a heartbeat.

Maybe Jo Potuto can do some Italian cooking classes too!

Subpoenaing email records required that Charlie left a record linking himself to the account… he could’ve created an account from a burner smart phone using all false information.
