Hey, you are great, love your video. I have celiac and crohn. Just want to share if I eat more like plant based diet and have a green smoothie everyday, my symptom become easy. (I still can't have any gluten, but I notice I recover faster.) Learn from dr Brooke Goldner. WIsh we all be happy and health.

I was shopping in Waitrose last night, I purchased a small loaf of gluten free bread. (£3) Do you know any other supermarkets that sell gluten free products cheaper ?

Haha, you’re definitely in the minority but I appreciate you! Waitrose is by far the most expensive shop so definitely check out an Asda or Tesco 🥰

Two things lately: first, back working in an office, with people and shared food. Two follow a gf diet, well until...... something delicious appears on the food table. They alwyas feel the need to remind me that I can't be like them and cheat. Grrrrrr. Secondly, my 13yr old has just come back from school camp. The manager's also coeliac and he had a great food experience, except of course the other kids saw he was different. Intolerant, foolish children with silly, spiteful words. Grrrrrr.
