This was a really well put together interview. The questions went from right at the start of his life all the way to now seamlessly. Definitely feel like I know Felix much better
Felix such a great and humble guy. And what a journey! His story is ready to be turned into a movie. Every now and then I rewatch this video, very motivational.
I really enjoyed this video. And i really enjoyed this side of Felix. I don't know of anyone agrees but i would love for him to make 1 or 2 podcasts. Even without all the profanity he's still a interesting and funny person. keep doing what your doing bro!
"Even without all the profanity he's still a[n] interesting and funny..." I disagree with your _implied_ statement--that one typically needs to be profane to be interesting and funny.
Night Hawker he did the broken podcast with ken for nearly two full seasons they are very insightful if you like this sort of thing he tells many stories about his life most of what is here has been covered before.
just to be clear on the "making fun of people living in the subburb bit" because i can see how that can be misinterpreted. it was just something light-hearted we'd joke about. nothing serious as superiority thing or whatever. hard to explain but anyway, thanks for all the amazing comments, wasn't expecting this!

Imagine being in top grade university, go outside to buy some food and find your old classmate working at a hotdog stand because he quit university. Thinking "damn, he sunk deep" but now he's the world's most famous webstar earning millions by doing the things he loves. Outstanding move, Felix
I would love to hear an interview as well, Marzia is a very interesting person but she is also very shy. And it had to be on her channel. She opens up a bit more on her blog maybe try checking it out.
I was thinking the same thing. Marzia should do one and be interviewed by the same guy. He asked good questions and guided Felix along smoothly. It'd be interesting to see her side about the noodle issue lol.
hey pewds, this comment may just float in space and that's okay. but if what you said is true about still reading comments, i just wanted you to know that you have inspired me. i'm sure you've been told this multiple times, but all of your fans appreciate you and are so grateful for you. thank you for giving people memorable childhoods, a comfortable and safe community, and immeasurable joy. keep living out your dreams :)
Problem is that they did not use a splitter, so the video mic is recording Pewdiepie and picks up the interviewer just barely. Something that helps when you film (so you don't have all that background noise) is a problem here. Could've been prevented very easily: Splitter with two microphones.
True, for a small youtuber like me that is the option I use (switching the pattern on my Yeti), but this is Pewdiepie so a more professional option would go a long way. Everyone wants to hear the questions and have complimented the interviewer. If you use a bi directional pattern, the camera is still between them and would pic up reflections and echo from the equipment. So yeah, I know that stuff, just wondering why they didn't do this kind of stuff for the greatest youtuber of all time?
I was an actual 9-year-old when you first started uploading and I first watched you secretly on the school computers in my mom’s classroom after school. Just turned 19 and I’m still a 9-year-old.
@INHMC hehe you are watching too some old pewds vid? i can say Felix is really not ignorant as people might think of him.. and he is smarter than he thinks.. he is a logical and a heartwarming person! he is enjoying his dream! i just love seeing people like him. gj pewds BROS love you!
You were successful because you are HONEST. In a world where everyone is trying to sell you something, people get a breath of fresh air seeing someone act like a fool and being real all at the same time.
I think its because his friend actually watched his videos and knows what to ask him and the questions that would be interesting for the bros contrary to the famous interviewers.. that just want ratings for their shows
i downloaded this whole video on my pc and everytime i feel down or sad i watch all of it, such an inspirational and motivational story, thank you pewds for giving me both a goal and hope.
TG Wille - Holy crap. I think I wet myself when I saw that reply lol. How true is that. This quote seems to be true in many aspects. You fk up as a kid, and your parents call you into their room... You break something at work and cost the company money and the boss calls you into his office... I mean, it just fits so well... Hilarious how well suited that quote is for life in general hahaha
This is Felix He is passion for gaming He has a beautiful girlfriend He is a true gentlemen He has a happy life His parent is happy for him Be like Felix
i remember when i was 11 i was at summer camp and a girl mentioned pewdiepie playing amnesia and i was so surprised that she knew who he was i felt so cool that day
“What we’re the main things we had in common?” “Not much, not much at all. I think we just enjoyed each others company.” I know he didn’t mean for it to be so sweet and meaningful but that is the best way I’ve ever heard someone describe the true feeling of love.
THIS is exactly why Felix is so popular. He is not fake, he has charisma. He doesn't need to play his part in every video, because for him it is enough just to be himself. And the most amazing thing is that his viewers including me have become adult with him.
he is a nice person and sometimes people either forget that or never notice cuz they dont watch enough videos to get to know him just a few then ... anyway i am glad there are some loyal fans left :) .
Can I just say that the way he talks about Marzia is so sweet. You can tell he still gets excited when he says her name. It makes me happy that that kind of love is actually real. So happy for them.
yeah but just for that would not be fair to her as you seem only interested in her opinion on felix, not in her story in and of itself ;). Although perhaps I just misunderstood
sejobas It's more of wanting to know how things were for them when she couldn't speak English and the whole process of how their relationship pushed past the years. Also more of an opinion than a suggestion. I said should but I meant it more as an opinion.
I love how that 'i sht on a shower at my job' story was brought up again in his recent vid, it aged so well and how he told it is the same its legendary 🤣
This is one of the best interviews I’ve ever seen. I’m a new fan, but I think Felix is a really awesome dude. I’m glad someone so honest is the biggest RU-vid icon, he keeps alive so many fundamentals this website has lost.
Alexandra Rose he said he met her online and texted each other for 2 months... it was pewds who was same shy as marzia, but went out to reach her. Pewds found the perfect girl. Even he said she looked prettier than the photo😍❤❤

MsJoeyJody agreed. like family Guy and other shows like that on TV r way more inappropriate but no we have to use the biggest you tuber as click bate and shame him. hate gets more reaction than love it seem. such as there's so much about is nazi jokes and that's all u hear about and the hate but u dont see them talk about how much he did for charity and the care. no love in that... social media like to focus on the dark...
Jee Doucet there's a moment when pewds said something really really funny and he's lol-ing (so was I), and tried to listen if Brad even chuckled and nothing.
I love how much I can relate to felix's old university situation, I have social problems kinda and it is a real pain in the ass somedays to go to school. And the scariest thing about becoming an adult is that you really have to know fast what you want to be in the future and I dont.
At 18 your brain is still developing and you’re still searching for who you are it’s still ludicrous to me that we had a society force the young into making their entire future and life choices at such a young and vulnerable age
@@daddysangeljetta honestly thats the place im in right now. I hate talking to my parents about it because i know they would take every single second they can to force me to think about it. And i just dont do well forces, i need to take my time alone thinking about it. And talking to them about anything never ended up in a good term.
Pewds, I seriously loved this video. It's awesome to hear you talk about your backstory, I guess some of us forget you are just a normal guy, and that you once were a hot dog seller! Thanks for sharing all this stuff with us, it was very nice to get to know you a bit more.
