Thanks -- Talking TSR is great! I bought A4 back in the day and thought the idea was amazing, although I never played it. I hope you can line up some interviews for next year. I'd really enjoy interviews with people who were involved in creating TSR products.

Loved this module back in the day. So terrifying! I think we survived as much by the benevolence of the DM as by our own cleverness, which was likely lacking. Honestly, I don't recall the Myconids, so I suppose we did not go down that path. I remember desperate, terrified kobolds, and the giant crabs, to say nothing of the harrowing swim. The most terrifying encounter of all was the slavelords, themselves. We survived by inciting the townsfolk to rush their former despotic liege lords with us; even so, it was a very near thing.

What will they call it now that the word "slave" is banned from WOTC products? "In the Dungeons of the not so nice lords"? lol

I guess this series will never get reprinted. Soon there won’t be any villains in future WotC products except supposed racists, sexists, and assorted phobes. The cultural loons are in charge.
