Nora Aunor deserves to be a National Artist. she is well recognized in the Philippines for more than 4 decades, she has received recognitions in major film award giving bodies nationally and internationally, her films speak of the masterpiece potrayal she has given to her roles and the majority of Filipino people recognize Nora Aunor as the artist who has attained excellence in her craft. Most imporatntly Nora Aunor is a living example of a frail little poor girl who by sheer talent in singing and later in acting has garnered honor and pride all over the world. Nora Aunor made our country proud and known that talent and social releveance sits in the heart and the work of a Filipino artist.

This is a very inspiring and educational interview. Sana magising ntin ang nascionalismo sa bawat Pilipino. Mahalin natin ating kultura, sining at bansa. Ang mga amerikano kahit mga bahay may bandila, 4th of July is big deal at tinatangkilik ang made in US na mga bagay, madami museums to show case the heritage& culture. Yun ang nawawala na sa atin.

Now is the time to declare Ms Nora Aunor our very own National Artist, in particular Benigno Aquino Jr , may he rest in peace , is so unfair in trashing her name publicly for a crime she did not commit and it is so sad he did not apologize to exonerate himself to the wrong judgment he created to smear the name of Ms Nora Aunor.

What is the real criteria for the National Artist? is it the personal background of an artist?strength, weakness? why the Philippines won't recognized Nora Aunor as a national artist she's been hailed with lifetime achievement award abroad, recognized her portrayal in every film she did and garnered a numerous awards from different award giving bodies around the globe..why oh why... we are talking about arts here and she's beyond compare...only artist can recognized an artist...now i learn to hate my country on this field..what a shame...

nicole ruble, tinanggal ang name ni Ms Aunor, kasi malapit si Ms Aunor sa mga Marcoses. Tagang more than qualified talaga si Ms Aunor kaya may explaining to do ang dating presidente sa pagkakatanggal nya sa name ni Ms Aunor.

Tama nasala na ng NCCA kaya wala ng pakialam ang presidente kung di irespeto ang didisyon ng NCCA .. in short wala respeto si Pinoy kung di nagmahaling langcsya bilang predidente at ipnamukha nya na sya ay president '" ako ang presidente Ako ang masusunod kahit pasado na sa NCCA" ganyan ang nangyari di nya inisip na perfect ba ang mga inuprahan nya ? Mary Ann Rodrigo Wow ha, talaga lang!Ikaw kilala mo ba si Nora Aunor? The National Artist Award is based on the perspective awardee's body of work, accomplishments in his/her chosen field. Nora Aunor is more than qualified to be a National Artist awardee. Her countless awards as well as her accomplishments both here and abroad attests to her impressive body of work as an actress par excellance and her golden voice that captulated her to her Superstar stature.I can go on but what the heck if you're not a Nora Aunor fan so be it!

raddy reyesiii, pag pasensyaha mo nalang ang Mary Ann Rodrigo na yan. Hindi din naman nya maiintindihan ang mga sinabi mo, kasi, first and foremost, ay hindi naman nya kilala si Ms Auno. Secondly, hindi nya kilala si Ms Aunor, Pangatlo, she has no clue who's Ms Nora Aunor. In short, Mary Ann Rodrigo doesn't even know what she was talking about.

Na balitaan ko ito pero may nagpadala yata sa kanya hinde niya alam kaya noon sinasabi sa Airport huwag tumanggap kahit kanino ng padala lalo hinde mo nakita ano padala sa iyo .Ako noon may co employee ako na una ng umalis sister at bayaw niya bakit hinde niya binigay birthday gift daw sa bayaw niya isang box ng cigarettes. Hinde ko dinala naka balot ng Christmas paper na takot ako matanda na ako ayaw ko makulong. Sabi nga ng brother ko mabuti hinde mo dinala .Dito sa America kung gusto mo pumunta nerver ka gumamit ng drug dahil kahit mayaman ka blacklisted ka na sa America si Nora Aunor matagal din sa California USA tumira may kapatid siya babae isa Resedent ng California naging husband artista din na balitaan ko namatay na rin dalawa lang sila babae mag kapatid Ngayon ko pinapanood sa RU-vid na mabait siya sa mga tagahanga niya at matulungin kaya hanggang Ngayon sumusuporta sa kanya lalo Noranian karamihan nasa iba,iba bansa na siya lang artista hanggang Ngayon sumusuporta sa kanya hinde siya mayabang maganda ginawa ng parent niya sa mga kinita sa trabaho binili ng mga lupa lalo palayaan maganda investment ang lupa every year tumataas lupa at may trabaho pa mga tao mas talo pa niya politician diyan dahil may trabaho mga taga Bicol kababayan niya nag sasaka sila malaki kinikita sa bigas
