I already knew about *Height* pill when I was 15 from yt channels like *NeroAngelo* & *Wheatwaffles* . Lost 25 kg fat by HIIT, started mewing, got jawline & only grew 2 inches since then, now I'm only 5'6" at 17. *No acne* but failed to grow facial hair, friends call me "chomu". I've said this more times than i can count. But as a shorter guy, you HAVE to learn how to fight. It's not even an option , it's a necessity. I've seen the difference myself as guy who's 5"6 on a good day. You still might not be able to get chicks since many other factors are also involved in the dating world. But you'll 100% gain respect in your circle. Boys always like to gauge each other's strength by playful fighting/grappling. And once they know you can't fight back that's when the bullying starts. Happened with me in school , didn't let that shit slide in college. When everyone has seen you choke someone out who's 6ft and way heavier than you on multiple occasions, then a hierarchy and boundaries are automatically set and you don't need to say anything else. Life gets a bit easier. Stop crying if you're short , yes we all wish we were taller , i do too. But you have to max out what you can boys. You got this.

That's why I said it's a necessity for short men to learn how to fight. Jab koi lamba aur bhaari banda lapete me chadha do uske baad koi himmat nahi karta tumhe test karne ki. And it's not even that tough to beat someone who has never trained in his entire life , the size doesn't really matter in most of the situations. I've had tougher times sparring with 5"4 trained guys than with big gym meatheads who can't throw a punch to save their lives.

I belong to Himachal Pradesh. Here most of the men have a height of 5'6 and one having a height of 5'10 is regarded as a great height. And then there is me with a height of 6'4 . Most of the girls here are even below my chest. Moreover I m also a martial artist with bronze medal in Karate at Nationals. I was always a fitness freak went to both Desi akhada and gym. Have a decent body with good strength with my body weight of 105kgs. The best advantage that my height gave to me is total dominance in fight. Most of the time whenever such situation rises, most of my opponents just try to sought out the matter without going physical. Through my life experiences I can only say that the taller you are the more safer you are and at a place like HP if u r having a height of 6 feet or more then unless until the other side is having a gun rest all are a win win situation for u.

Boys if you are short don't get discouraged, whining over what you're born with Is making fun of God who made you this way. Accept the chaos gang. Start with whatever you have, change whatever you can. Some people relate height with masculinity. It's not true at all. Exercise, eat healthy, do skincare. Work on your purpose and on top of all work on your mind to become emotionally strong. Looks can only get you someone attracted to you, however in the first place. Let me tell you guys I am 5’6 and occasionally wear lifts then 5’8 I used to be fucking fat and nerdy Now honestly height is nothing something i am worried about ..at least in India cuz after lifts I am 5’8 and thankfully I have a cute handsome face (like those Korean guys) ,fair, superb hair genes ,intelligent,makes money and does boxing and gym so body is better than most guys … I don’t find any trouble in getting girls….❤

When you are taller than 5'8 body mastery is harder and it decreases with every inch. Which means it would be harder to master movements like dance, sports, martial arts. It would make it harder to perform certain movements. Also your lifespan would decrease with every inch after 5'8. And you don't feel short after 5'8 in public places in India.

Most of the title holders have tall build above lightweight(due to light weight having weight cap and tall people are proportionally heavier). All in all its proven that tall lanky build is best for fighting. Cant say about other things you mentioned

I said it's harder to perform certain movements and body mastery not impossible we don't know how much harder the guy had to workout at that height to get the same body mastery. Don't tell me you don't see movements getting a little sloppy for tall guys.

Extra mobility don't do anything do you have brains or not Why do you think all UFC fighters have lean muscles believe it or not it's hard to do flexible movements with big muscles. Yes you hit like a truck with big muscles but your precision decreases. And yes mobility decreases with height Don't talk about black guys they have been tall for generations, they have reduced slow twitch fibres and more fast twitch fibres which supports their big frame ( this is due to prominent dengue and malaria in Africa because fast twitch fibres takes less oxygen which helps fight off dengue ) they have strenuous life style so their bones and tendons are far stronger than than us. India has slim fat guys all over and tall guys have muscles to support their bigger frame so we think they are very strong

Okay shoulders to widen kar sakte , par height ki ek limit hai . I'm 5'9 and I'm gonna turn 18 soon . Meri beard growth ghani nahi hai but still significant hai to I don't think ki ab meri badhegi kyunki 2 -3 saal se height me kuch bada change nahi aaya hai (although mere cousins majorly 5'11 - 6'2 ki range me hai , and mere papa ne bola ki he grew till 21 too ) . But how to let go of insecurity of height even when you're not that short . Height matters but in india if u are 5 7 and above u can easily get a gf. All is needed a good face and if paired with money it does wonders . Look at girls simping for Zayn Malik, Varun Dhawan , etc there 5 8 and 5 6 respectively (google) . That 6 feet trend u see is only in usa , not in india. Yes taller man are attractive, but in india diff. Do u have a handsome face? Then u don't need 6 feet , I can tell you many guys who are 5 11 - 6 4 and are still single in india.
