Such a beautiful movie!!! I can't help but to make my own analysis of this film. This sits on my mind and heart for weeks now. Unbelievable lines! Charming portrayal! Heart wrenching soundtrack! This should gather awards...this should be appreciated for its artistry! I feel blessed by Waterston's "astonishment and joy" and Kirby's "You are my city of joy". LOVE THIS FILM SO MUCH!

Ms. Sandra Bullock said it best in “Hope Floats”, “Beginnings are usually scary, endings are usually sad, but its what's in the middle that counts. So when you find yourself at the beginning, just give hope a chance to float up, and it will.”
