When purchasing batteries, it's important to consider their mAh rating. The ones suggested in the video have 1200mAh and the EBL rechargeable ones 1100mAh, while the Amazon Basics ones are 800mAh. This is why the recommended ones last longer.
@JillGrygas omg thank you for replying , I'm a huge fan , I have a question , I'm thinking on buying the tamagochi uni , do u have any better suggestions
My tamagotchi lasts less than 1 day, we bought batteries yesterday with longer battery life. today I adjusted the batteries and saw kandentchi say “Low Battery!” I was so sad 😞
I use mine quite a lot so usually its 2 to 4 days lol. I bought rechargeable batteries a few weeks ago which was such a relief 😮💨 😅 now i dont feel as worried when the batteries die because i always have 2 others that are charging waiting for me when i need them.
My Party usually lasts about 7 - 10 days using it constantly on Great Value batteries 😅 I always have the brightness on low (3 at most in the sunlight) and sound on or off. I use the cooking camera feature constantly as well! The Party definitely has better battery life, but if you REALLY want the most... fill your Tama's meters in the morning and call the babysitter in. Every. Day. I'm sure they would last much much longer than way lol
Hi 😊 Usually the batteries last not longer than 10 or 12 days and I always play with lower brightness and sometimes with the audio off but it depends of the brand you buy it because if I buy cheap batteries they don't last longer and the sound is a little bit lower too.. or it's just my impression 🤨 😘
@@the_elf_pixie I'm so glad they are helping! I love Mametchi. I am trying to remember if I ever got him on my Pix but I don't think I did. I might need to run that again to see if I can get him :)
As of right now I am on day 18 with a set of batteries on my pix. But I put my tama with a sitter from 7am to 5pm every day so I can do other things during the day without having to remember my tama. Edit: 20 hours after I posted this comment my Pix batteries ran out.
It's really funny that you commented that. I was thinking about this the other day when I went to turn the brightness down on my new Pix. I realized I didn't mention this as a tip in my video! I'll have to do a follow up!
I have my tamagotchi pix since Tuesday and we have now Thursday . The first batteries I had to change after 1/2 day.. then again I had to change after 1 1/2 days 😵💫 let’s see how long it will hold now. It’s really sad since I really love it but I’m not sure if I will send it back 😓
Hi Faniya! How old are your rechargeable batteries? It's sounding to me like they aren't holding charge. You should get at least a few days out of rechargeable batteries.
I just got my Pix today. I’m using dollar store batteries in .. curious to see how long they last. I have rechargeable batteries but they are currently in my other tamas. I guess I need to buy more rechargeables 😅
I have old Tamagotchi Connection V.1 (2004) and it last almost two years without buying new battery. I use always Lithium battery, Duracell or Energizer. Can you tell how long those old color display Tamagotci batteries last...? I mean for example Tamagotci color plus and Tamagotchi IDL and so on.
Hi! I honestly don't have any experience with the Tamagotchi Color or IDL. If it's like the On or Meets in terms of battery life I would get around 3 or so weeks on a single set of batteries.
My TamaPIX often reset (not lost memory) while using any activities with camera. I still use cam to cook, screenshot with 1 friend. But if it has 2 friends and take photos tama living room, it reset. I using Energiner 700mah rechargeable
Hi Umbala! I haven't heard of this issue before. I'm not sure if it's the batteries. When you say reset, does it play the music and ask you to continue or reset all?
I haven't gotten this message very often, but how old are your batteries? Even being brand new, iif they've been sitting around for a while they could have lost charge.
Batteries last approx 8-10 days. I turned brightness down but still looks good. Photos and downloading takes more but I still play with them several times a day. About 4 hours a day or more.
Sorry for a stupid question. How is the screw quality? I am asking because I am worried about its quality since you open and close it every few days to change the batteries
Hi Kerrie! I use a small screwdriver kit and the ones that work best state "2.4 mm" and "3.0 mm". I'm not sure if that helps or not? If you have a small screwdriver set one of those should work!
I dont have a pix, ive been wanting the On but I can't find it anywhere. I wonder when they'll release a rechargeable tama lol but rechargeable batteries are smart lol
Hi! The Tamagotchi Smart finally came with a rechargeable battery but they haven't made them outside of Japan yet. I hope they take that technology for future Tamagotchis!
I got low battery chill it's really bad and I wish I could still take pictures I just do it really fast but when I do it really fast it goes really fast to do low battery
How maximum mah of AAA battery ? I saw somewhere buying valid until 4300mah. But while checking, it's just about 500 mah. I buying the 1300mah from beston, the reality valid about 1000 - 1177 mah. And from Energiner 700mah with reality about 770 mah. I think it ok.
I'm sorry Umbala I haven't responded to this yet! I'm just not sure of the answer at the moment. The batteries I use are 1100 mAh so I would think the 1300 from beston would be okay!
Yes the more advanced Tamagotchis like the Pix will save your progress. You just have to be careful when you change the batteries that you tell it to "Continue" and not "Reset". If you "continue" then all your progress will be there!
Hi Giselle! I have a whole video about this but some people have trouble with my instructions. You hold down the C bottom (right) and tap the A button (left). That should restart it.
One thing I don’t like about the tama pix is sending them home ! I am against it ! My favorite is lovelitchi and I would be so sad to see her go . I mean I will reset just to get her again !
I heard there is a way you can keep your Tamagotchi forever on the pix. I haven't done it yet myself, but supposedly if you become best pals with it you get the option to not send them home. But I definitely agree with you I was really sad the first time I sent my Ginjirotchi home.
I'll answer in case other people have the same question- yes in a way there are "generations" where your Pix will keep track of what Tamagotchis you had previously, but there isn't marriage and children in this Tamagotchi.
@@JillGrygas yes, i do. So I try to stop using the camera and lower the brightness so it stops eating the battery. But i still have to change the battery everyday
