I don't understand junior point mbu biggest budget goes to security, wen we can still see soldiers killing their bosses and the issue is salary, so where is that money which can't solve these problems.
Security is wide it's not only soldiers salary, ministry of defence pays the soldiers monthly, those are allowances that supposed to be paid by bosses to their bodyguards
@@godwinarinaitwe5224 okay i understand bro but if your can't raise the concern to the concerned people that means we're still facing such, i think these soldiers at times they get intimidated and failure to know whom to reach too in case of any inquiry, hence ending up killing the surrounded people .
