Wow, this is the most grounded and balanced I've ever seen Tamar. She's radiant.

She looks really healthy and seems like she is in a much better head space! I’m proud of her!

Tamar looks different here, and I feel it is more believable now.

I mentioned this before in another video but I met her at the restaurant I work at a couple of months ago and she was so humble and kind. She smiled every time I asked if she needed anything and said “thank you” genuinely. She seemed super sweet and not what she’s been portrayed as. However the two friends she was with were awful. They were rude and disrespectful. They wouldn’t look me in the eyes, they never said thank you, they requested me to come over to them as if I were some house slave. They were just awful people. Tamar one part of healing and becoming a better person is surrounding yourself with positive people, those two are not good for your mental healing.

I hope she’s ok! She’s so misunderstood, I want her to win ❤️

This covid error has really shutdown alot but in return caused a lot of self evaluation for many. Pray she remains solid and helps others to share their truth in a safe space❤

Tamar should stay off of reality TV. But she has many many gifts. I hope she keeps doing music and look into some acting roles ... like sitcom work or some series or films. If she does do reality tv then she should keep it fun and light hearted like the beauty salon show she did. But anything that is about her family ... or digs into her personal life and space will be a trigger and should be a no.

She truly looks happy here. I hope God continues to bless her and her family. She looks beautiful as always.

Here’s the thing with these celebrities, whenever they have a nervous breakdown; they’re right back in the same situation they were in. Doing interviews etc. when your mental health is at stake, you need to completely separate yourself from this environment/ Hollywood for at least a of couple years...

I must say she sounds alot better and i do see a glow too. I myself am learning more about self care in this new year. Sometimes we all gotta distance ourselves from everything negative. Work on yourself and the mind❤
