These guys are to me, a band from the late 1960s who have discovered the fountain of youth and they've been a massive hit for the last over forty years and never age. I'm literally dying these guys are so amazing!

That fuckin solo rules in this version. Album version is great too but their tones together are masterful.

Kevin Parker is retro and fresh at the same time. I swear he's channeling Syd Barrett here. Honestly, if Syd had kept his shit together in an alternate universe, this would be exactly the kind of thing I'd expect to hear on a solo album from him.

When I tried out my Rickenbacker 330 on the day I bought it, I decided to forgo plugging it into a Vox AC-30 and instead plugged it into a Boss Katana 100 and decided to give the acid test of putting it through sounds people don't associate with a Rickenbacker. And much like this guy I discovered that a Rickie LOVES fuzz and that it can do some gnarly stoner rock tunes. People think of Rickies as being these twanging sixties retro machines but they can do so much more.

This song to me has some influences from Deep Purple, Black Sabbath and The Beatles. It's sick. Really love it...

I dont even really like this band/listen to them....but i respect anyone that actually CARES about how their system/sound actually SOUNDS and cares to tune/mic their setups for an ideal listening experience...Thats enough for my respect NGL. I at times go and watch arcade fires live SNL performances just to hear how well the tuning/eq is. Definitely a WIDE range of artists/groups out there that are willing to prove their sentiment as "artists" and how their material is digested. VS the "rest" that are just doing it for a payday/mealticket.
