I've been wanting to build around Tameshi and I found Cruel Witness can work on certain Brawl builds for the low price of a common wildcard slot!

I am surprised you are running no planeswalkers. The teferis are just great, and Tezzeret (Core set one) is at least good. Also, quest for glory is amazing in this format.

I opted to have Immortal sun as a Tameshi target instead. I have virtually no creatures and no Planeswalkers in this list on purpose because if I have targets for our opponent's removal then they have a use for it. By caring solely about artifacts and enchantments, I don't have to care about wiping the board when I need to and I don't have to protect anything that I can never get back. That leaves me with more resources to care about things that really matter and our opponent ends up skipping draw steps because they have creature/planeswalker removal I don't care about.
